Booked the Relais Palazzo Taverna, but got a room in a 2-star B&B called the Locanda del Antiquariato, same building. It was decent, but I don't know what rooms/floor the Relais is on, so the ratings are for the Locanda. And I'm not sure what I paid for. Entire bill had to be paid in advance. There is no elevator. Front desk not manned 24/7.
