The room was dirty and looks like it hasnt been swept. The wall paper is stained and has a hole on the wall covered by a photo. The kitchen utensils were plastic and they look murky to use. The toilet flush doesn’t work on one of the buttons.

The good? Amazing location!! 10/10 for walkable to Vatican. We also walked to the Coliseum but it's a long walk. Great side alley location with lots of food options and shopping. The bad? Toilet ran had to giggle the flusher, shower head broken and would fall, ac was loud, and the bed was so hard sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. Otherwise very safe area

The check in was easy (I arrived midday), the two staff members were very nice and everything downtown was within walking distance. The room does stay loud until about 3 am, though, so bring ear plugs.

The location is wonderful. The staff are fine. The room needs some basic maintenance. The most important thing would be to replace some worn out electrical plugs. A bit of carpentry and a touch of paint would also make a big difference.

Small hotel in a great location in historic Rome. Our 3rd floor room was noisy until early morning hours, from the restaurants on the street below. We wore earplugs to sleep. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and transit to historic sites.

This hotel is in a great location! Walkable to all major sightseeing in Rome. The hotel had a broken shower head holder so you had to hold it in one hand. There was chewed gum stuck to the top of one of the bedside tables. There is construction outside right in front of the hotel which is noisy in the morning.

When we arrived there were no pillowcases on any of the pillows, no towels for showering, and the room appeared to be in the middle of cleaning, so we did not know what was clean and what was not. There were lots of ants everywhere as well and when we addressed our complaints with the front desk there was not even an apology.
