There was no AC. I woke up several times at night due to being overheated. Felt like I couldn’t breathe. Requested a fan and it didn’t help much. Overall the place was beautiful but it wasn’t doable for Americans.

Stunning rooftop suite. The young woman at the front desk with glasses and possibly Asian descent (so sorry I missed her name!) was the most cheery and professional person we met our entire trip, and her help gave us one of the most memorable experiences of our lives.

The lobby and restuarant were more impressive than the actual rooms. The rooms are very basic with no storage area. Obviously I paid for VIP Access but never received any of the benefits. The hotel is close to the Colosseum which was nice. They need to add some luggage racks and shelves in the bathrooms so you have places to put things. Some of the staff was friendly while others gave the impression they didn't care much for Americans, but that was the whole vibe of Rome actually.
