We stayed one night in Rome so being able to get the full experience of the hotel wasn’t possible. We did get free slippers & had robes available for use. Our room was clean & we had an end unit on the renovated side. Our towel warmer didn’t work sadly & our room safe was locked so we were unable to use it but everything else seemed to check out ok. The hotel’s location is a prime spot in distance between Roma Termini & the Colosseum- you can take the red line to get to the hotel from Termini if walking is a limitation. There are several late night eating spots nearby although we didn’t get to partake in any.

Wonderful location. The executive suite has a very nice terrace with city view.

This hotel is in a very good location with easy access to restaurants & close proximity to the Coliseum, Forum & other attractions. The included delicious breakfast is also a welcome plus.

Ok hotel close to Coliseum and major sites. Rooms are cozy but not worth the high price in my opinion. Floor we were in looked rundown and not in condition you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Lovely stay. Friendly Bar staff, Computer access. Awesome breakfast selections and Italian Coffee Latte. Help with securing taxi. Close to Metro. One stop to Termini. Close to Coleseum, the Forum. Charming restaurants, cafes, shops, neighborhood fountains.

Excellent location, two blocks from the ruins. Hotel was impeccably clean and service staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great also.

Overall, a lovely hotel and a wonderful stay. The breakfast experience was a particular treat due to the wide selection, thoughtful service and elegant atmosphere. One negative: temperature control in our room was an issue [far too warm] as the HVAC system did not seem to be hooked up to anything.

Hotel staff were nice but we always had a felling that they were doing us a favor everytime we need something. Don’t count on the hotel’s wi-fi. It connects and drops after 3 min. Informed the staff and the answer was: “ it took 3 years to install an automatic door at the lobby... So you’re in Rome”. What I understood was - there is nothing I can do for you. There are 2 elevators that were broken at the same time, from Saturday afternoon to Monday night. Sunday morning it was a chaos at the lobby because of a excursion of about 100 people from Asia, of course, no elevator. Stairs were crowded. So, go up and down to and from your room for almost 3 days thru the stairs. At the breakfast time, a staff member asks for your room number then they let you in. Once I was having my coffee, another staff member came to my table with an attitude asking again for my room number. We felt like we were crashing at their private breakfast. Rooms are very close to the back streets in which you could hear clearly people shouting and laughing at the local bars. Not a hotel fault but if you’re looking for some silence, it’s not a recommended place.

Everything was as I hoped and expected. I stayed in executive room and balcony was nice feature. Would definitely stay there again.

Room had no hot water for 4 out of 5 days. A staff member was informed 3 times. Told he would take care of problem. Finally on our last day I d's poke to another staff member (female). She had the problem resolved in less than 1 hour. Someone needs to oversee desk personal. Also 5 days of no wifi. Same staff member claimed it was fine. Never worked.

Location is fantastic. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are worse. Breakfast was pretty standard, but hits the spot and is quick and easy.

We had a great stay. Lots of helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were great!!!!! Near some great restaurants and some shopping as well.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Delicious selections for breakfast. Great location just in front of a mall and many food options.

What we liked the most about this hotel was the location relative to the ancient sites of Rome. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating in arranging transportation and providing information.

We enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. It is recomended.
