Fantastic location! Colosseum is practically just around the corner, you can reach almost every monument of Rome on foot. Bus stop to Vatican City is nearby. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants around. Hotel is comfortable, we have slept very well. Staff was very kind, they have given us tips for the best places and monuments in Rome.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The hotel has charm and character, yet with fresh modern décor, and is very clean. Our room was quiet, despite being on a main road. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the Termini station (about 15 minutes), the Colosseum (about 5 minutes), the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon (about 15 minutes) and many other sights. The free bottle of Prosecco on arrival, free bottles of water each day and the coffee machine in reception were all much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, great view from the balcony, big room for three people, very clean and very close to Colloseum,Roman Forum and lots of restaurants, close to the metro. Highly recommended Friendly staff.Definetly came back

Excellent hotel in a central location: 10 min walk from Colosseum and 15 min. walk from Roma Termini. Rooms were in great condition, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were attentive and kind (and spoke English). Really good for the price - no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and kind and helpful. They got the room ready early for us. There was free coffee in the reception. The room was cosy and quiet. The hotel was very clean. It was located very close to the Colosseum and the main train station. A fantastic hotel which I fully recommend.

We booked 2 double rooms for 3 nights in June. When we checked into our room, it was tiny. There was only 1 night table and the bed was less than comfortable. When I told the lady at the front desk, she said it was because we had booked a budget room. Not true! My husband complained to the night manager and he said the same thing. I guess maybe he checked what the booking was because he came and found us in the sitting area on the second floor and gave us a bottle of wine and sincerely apologized. He offered to move us to an appropriate room for our last night (I guess the hotel was fully booked), but by that time we had unpacked everything into the single wardrobe so that we could move around the tiny room and we declined the offer because we didn't want to pack up everything again for 1 night. Breakfast was not at the hotel but rather down the street at a cafe, satisfactory. The coffee machine in the lobby makes a fab cup of coffee. Check your room before you accept it and make sure it is satisfactory and what you paid for. It has a good location with easy walking to the colosseum.

Great hotel in a great location that is close to train termi and close to historical sights.Stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and had two different style rooms. The first time was an older room but OK, then my second stay was perfect, great size, exceptionally clean and looks like recently renovated.Bed very comfortable and shower was extremely roomy. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in for past seven weeks in Italy.Rooms clean. Staff are so lovely and friendly, highly recommended and will be staying again in 2020.

You get incredible staff. from the wonderfully helpful reception staff right through to the incredibly thorough cleaner, they all rocked! The rooms were fairly spacious (could have more clothes storage) and clean. The hotel is in a good location, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel with helpful friendly staff. Great situation close to colosseum and the forum. Also close to great bars, cafes and restaurants. Not too far from Termini train station and very close to Metro station. Highly recommended. *****

The hotel is a three star, located in a historical building internally is modern and well furnished. Rooms a comfortable and, nonetheless the fact of being in a heavy crowded street like via Cavour, are reasonably quiet. The only note is the wifi which is a little slow and intermittent. Personnel is very kind and helpful. A good value choice.
