Hotel Manfredi Suite in Rome

Great location charming hotel with very good breakfast selection. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Manfredi Suites Hotel and we’ve loved it both times. Somewhat tricky to find. The flag for the hotel is on the 3rd floor, so you need to be looking up or see the small sign besides the door.

We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at Hotel Manfredi. Our 2-room suite was perfect for our family with 3 teens/young adults. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices ranging from croissants and homemade yogurt to eggs and bacon. The hotel staff was fabulous, especially Emanule, who arranged cabs for us on several occasions and offered restaurant and other sightseeing suggestions.

Good hotel in an exceptional location. Steps from the Spanish Steps and the best shops and restaurants. Good if not so big room. Nice decoration. Good bathroom. Helpful staff and good breakfast. We are going back there for 2 more days in Rome. So yes, I’d recommend it.

We stayed at the small double and small indeed it was. Very clean, decent breakfast, excellent location.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, from the charming room to the wonderful staff. We loved the old world look and feel to it. Loved the elevator , spiral staircase and the decor. The area is perfect since it’s walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trivie Fountain and great places to eat. Taxi service is 2 to 3 minutes away and the staff has them there as you walk out the door. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer.

The neighborhood at the bottom of the Spanish steps is very charming, full of beautiful small streets, interesting churches, and excellent restaurants. We always stay there when we visit Rome. finding the Manfredi made this great neighborhood more perfect. Every inch is beautifully decorated the hotel feel Italian. It is upstairs in a larger building. The staff is helpful. they are aware taht some restaurants in the neighborhood are great while others are not great and over priced. They are happy to make suggestions. They happily call cabs when needed. Breakfast is lovely. We love walking in the neighborhood after a rest after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed 2 nights here in Sept 2017. The hotel is very well placed in between the Spanish Steps and the Pope plaza, with dozens of great small cafes within easy strolling distance. Fairly quiet. The hotel is inconveniently situated on the 4th level of a building that requires a long trek up winding steps, along with the typical Very small European cage elevator. The room was small but overall very comfortable, with the exception of the bed--the hardest mattress I have ever slept on, anywhere. The pillows weren't much better. The shower had a useless 5-way spray nozzle system that was difficult to use to any great benefit. The lounge and staff were pleasant. If it weren't for the ghastly bed, I would stay here again.

Located near the Spanish Steps, Hotel Manfredi is in great condition. The restaurant is nice and breakfast is good. The staff is super nice. I had a single room. Not expensive, but teeny tiny. Like half a Japanese hotel room. Very clean and new. The bathroom is itty bitty too. The shower is really modern but so small. If you can handle the size, everything else about this hotel is fantastic.

Excellent location, on beautiful and quiet street, only 2 blocks to Metro. Slept very well. Rooms and public areas areas beautifully appointed and decorated. Rooms have beautiful thick curtains and silk padded walls for maximum quiet. Bathrooms fully equipped even tho' small. Very nice shower. Bath toiletries excellent quality. Seems as if this hotel has been recently remodeled and no money was spared. Breakfast buffet was very nice, with excellent quality foods. Even home-made yoghurt! Received excellent restaurant recommendations and any other advice we asked for. All employees very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Easy to reach from airport by taking train into Rome and then Metro 3 stops. Trains/metro in Italy are cheap and efficient. Best way to get around this busy city. Neighborhood very nice/classy and safe; top designer shops and antique shops everywhere. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The guy on the morning shift went out of his way to help us contact some off-the-beaten-path local things we wanted to see. Incredibly nice! Breakfast was delicious, includes cappuccinos, decor throughout hotel was lovely. Shower was extremely cramped, leaked, and complicated to use- the room wasn't huge in general actually- but otherwise we really liked the place!

Rooms are just like they're shown. Friendly staff. Perfect location in the middle of everything.

Great location yet nice and quiet. Comfortable room with a newly renovated bathroom.

we spend 3 nights at this hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff, small but nice rooms. Definitely will return to this hotel.

The hotel is a block from the Spanish Steps and a block from Piazza Popolo. There are many other options in the area but I was really pleased with the staff who took the time to provide service with a smile.

I loved it the staff (Manuel the manger, Flavio the trainee, and wait staff) couldn't have taken care of me any better. The rooms are small but what a perfect location around the corner from the Spanish Steps and the added bonus of being quiet. The breakfast was excellent much of it made by the staff. Homemade cakes and yogurt. I certainly plan to stay here next time I am in Rome. I met a Canadian couple who have been back four times.

Situated on a beautiful, quiet street with antique shops, art galleries and restaurants near the Spanish Steps, Manfredi Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay. It's a little difficult to find with two hotels in the same building, and additional signage would be helpful near the antique elevator. I would definitely stay there again

The staff (especially Emanuel) couldn't be nicer. The breakfast was very good. The room was pretty small, but the shower was very adequate. The location could not be beat!
