One of the key things about staying at a "nice" hotel is that the staff is actually as nice as the amenities, and that is simply not true here. They were not exactly rude, but they were not exactly friendly and warm either. There is nothing special about the neighborhood, either than that it is very close to Marconi station (and quick trip more central spots of city) but in a way that is special in and of itself. It's a real "neighborhood" and the people you encounter at the local cafe for coffee and pastry are actual local citizens of the city, not so much tourists. It's true that my terrace, which I paid extra for, overlooked a gypsy camp in the middle distance, but that was fairly interesting as well. But really, the staff, they really need to go to fancy hotel school. They are not warm and welcoming. I felt they were suspicious of me every time I encountered them. The first thing the guy I checked in with wanted to do was argue with me about whether I had paid for breakfast or not, something I did not bring up. (On the hotel's own website I checked I wanted breakfast included, I wound up not eating their breakfast, I guess I didn't pay for it, I am not even sure to tell the truth). At most "high end" hotels the staff is so charming and nice to me that it almost embarrasses me, but that is definitely preferably to the lack of all grace and charm. Even the cheapest Super 8 motel sometimes has some of that to offer.

We were three girls on a girls trip and this hotel was perfect for us. In s quiet area, only three minutes walk to the metro that will take you everywhere for only 1,5 euro. 5 stops to the Colosseum. The hotel is nice, clean, we had a spacious room with a little balcony. The hotels rooftop with jacuzzi was amazing. We had wonderful weather and did spend time there. The breakfast is delicious! Scrambled eggs, omelet, crossaints, freshly made orange juice etc.

Me and my husband booked to stay in a standard double between 23rd-26th April. The room was a nice size, clean and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel all 3 days and dined at the hotel restaurant for 2 nights and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is quite easy to get from the Leonardo da Vinci airport via public transport, took us just under an hour and the Marconi metro station is only a min away and is quite quick to get into the city within 10-15mins. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The only reason I didn't give the hotel a 5 star was because I think the room opposite us was getting renovated so there was quite a bit of noise throughout our stay other than that I would say the hotel is a hidden gem and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I stayed here over three years ago for a few days so when I took my brother to Rome for a week we stayed here. It's priced reasonably and a short walk to the Metro for a 15 minute ride to the center of town. Our room, 208, was clean and well maintained. the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We dealt with the breakfast dining room staff the most as we eat breakfast at the hotel every morning. They were polite, friendly and attentive. The food was mostly the same everyday, but we had plenty to eat and the quality was very good, especially the fresh fruit. if I return to Rome, i will stay here again and again. Any of the family or friends head to Rome, I happily recommend this hotel.

I stayed here between 7th - 10th April 2018. I stayed in the superior room on level 5, where there is also a Jacuzzi. The room was nice and the balcony is hugeeeeee ! Hotel is right near the metro so easy acccess to main city centre (only couple stops). Receptionist very helpful and friendly. All in all it was a nice extended weekend getaway and will recommend if you're looking for a nice short stay !!!!

I'll keep this short and sweet. This was a weekend city break treat for my son for getting excellent exam results and chose this contemporary styled hotel. If your looking for a hotel that looks after and feels like a family run hotel, this is the place for you. I really can not fault this place at all. From the warm greeting we got. The attention to detail around the hotel, from the furnishings to the artworks. The cleanliness of our room. And the breakfast served up in the morning. If your inviting Rome to see the amazing sights this beautiful city has to offer, please take advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi to recover or just simply watch the sunset. Would definitely return here on my next visit. 🙌🏽

Modern, clean hotel with great staff, a very complete breakfast and in a good location. Close to the metro station Marconi. They offer a fantastic conciërge service with WhatsApp. They have a little terrace where you can have a drink and a jacuzzi on the roof.

Fantastic hotel really friendly staff they couldnt do enough for you. Young girl in the bar during the evenings and at breakfast serving was really friendly and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend and the .etro is 5 mins away and easy access to the centre of rome (15 mins by tube)

First of all: they have the cutest dog as a mascot! The Hotel is 1 minute walk from the Marconi metro station and in front of a bus stop. The whole place is new, the rooms are quite modern and comfortable, with lovely amenities in the bathroom and nice shower. The best hairdryer I ever had in a hotel. From reception to housekeepers, all the staff were gentil and kind. The breakfast had different options, for all kind of tastes, even dairy free options. We ate at the restaurant and was really tasty the plate we chose. As the hotel is a little bit far for the main city center, at late night there's some prostitution in the neighborhood. Nothing to worry about, it's just good to know. I still highly recommend the hotel and for sure is my option when I come back!

When I booked this I hadn’t realised that it was just a bit too far to walk from central Rome. Neither had I realised that there weren’t many restaurants/trattorias around. There were however, a few ladies touting for business. It was so incongruous with the lovely hotel and certainly it wouldn’t stop me from visiting again. The hotel is very neat, tidy and the staff are welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. We even had a balcony. Breakfasts were good but I wasn’t keen in the cooked breakfast. The area lacks the charm you’d find more centrally but I bet you’ll be able to tell a good story if you land up here.
