Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.
Great hotel, truly enjoyed myself and it is easy to get in city from.
Very good Receptionist in the morning times. Helped us with the local attractions and services
Great hotel, close to Marconi metro station, room and facilities are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast and many varieties. Helpful staff.
Fitness room was adequate. We were given a WiFi hotspot to take with us which was extremely helpful as we didnt have received reception on our phones. We ate lunch and dinner and the food was good but a little pricey. Overall, we would stay here again
Though a short walk to Metro, not well lit at night and I didn't feel safe as a woman walking alone, or with my daughter. Hotel was lovely, breakfast was very nice, staff was very nice, and express cafe on the way to Metro had great sandwiches and pastries.
5 minute walk to Metro station and 20 minute ride to airport. Front desk staff not friendly...did not get a wake up call one morning.
The hotel is very clean & nice and very close to MRT station. Not much restaurant around but it's not a problem. It cost EU$40 for taxi to airport so I think it's a good choice to stay for your last night in Rome.
Hotel was very clean and room was modern. Bathroom very luxurious. Took a hot bubble bath.
ants in the room, moved us to a smaller room, rude when asked any questions about anything- they just didn't want to be bothered.hotel was very close to Metro Line B, but sketchy area with prostitutes close by the hotel.
Hotel was well designed and I thought the decor was smart, trendy but functional. Good sized bed (though would have liked a slightly wamer cover to be available in the room). Overall good hotel to stay in. Downside to the hotel is the out of Rome centre location. But this is compensated in the lower price and quality of the hotel. Staff call a taxi for you and it is about 20 Euro each way, which is fine.
Stayed for 3-day sightseeing trip. Hotel is located off the beaten path, but a quick walk to the subway gets you to all the action quickly. Staff was very helpful, breakfast in the restaurant was great. Only complaint: no hot water one morning. Otherwise, really great value!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved being greeted by Concierge Joe Cocker! Very good location, handy to transit and away from the hubbub of downtown.
