Our experience was wonderful, The front desk officer Giada is excellent, she helped us with suggestions, attend inmediately any inquiry or concern. We definitely will return in the future and recommend to all our friends

Cozy, centrally-located hotel on a quiet street with a great staff who anticipate the needs of visitors. Expertly renovated rooms with highest quality fixtures. They included a smartphone loaded with touring itineraries at no extra cost. They’re proud of their breakfast with a full selection of morning treats. No complaints really. It’s a small boutique hotel but certainly not so small to be uncomfortable. The engaged staff make all the difference. Also a perfect location if you’re a friend of Bill.

Nice hotel..good location..great services...variety in breakfast..fast Internet and cell phone given to walk around Rome was great

Great location and staff. Very interesting facility. Definitely would use again

Loved this place and it's location, staff very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was a great location and the bathrooms were clean. However, the beds were very firm (not very comfortable), and the carpet in the main areas and in the rooms were very run down and dirty. Since the price was reasonable, we decided to leave our 9-night stay for 2 nights in a beautiful hotel in Venice (Hilton Molino Stuckey Hotel).

Britannia provided a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The best amenities were the cell phone e provided for calls and guidance and what delicious breakfast with many options to eat. Britannia exceeded expectations!

location was perfect near the train station and convenient to the rest of the city. Room was small but perfect was very nicely decorated.

Very pleasant experience. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Surprised the service I got here felt a little less friendly than other hotels, but ultimately they were helpful when needed. For example, I couldn't borrow their phone to make a quick local phone call (other hotels didn't have a problem with this). Instead they helped me setup the room cell phone so I could use that to make the phone call, which took some time to figure out the issues with the cell phone. The room was also very tight on space. At least the bathroom and shower was very nice and spacious enough. Nice to have access to the mini bar goodies at no additional cost, and the previously mentioned room cell phone was neat when it works. Breakfast was great, and the hotel location is very convenient. Did not like how the front entrance has stairs going down to the lobby. Very weird. Their elevator is tiny - maybe 3 or 4 people max! The building definitely feels very old.

We've stayed here on numerous occasions. Its a very nice hotel, great staff and the location is very good. It's close to the main train station, the Metro, a number of good restaurants and you can walk to many places. The rooms are small compared to American standards, but most European hotels in this class are. We come bach here every time we're in Rome.

This hotel is very old. The bathroom door would not shut properly. We had money stolen the first night from the room while we were out. The safe would not lock and the directions were missing. When we returned, the directions were in the safe with money missing. The air conditioning was not working in the room. That evening I called to get a different room but they were full supposedly. It was the middle of summer in Rome and it was dreadfully hot in the room. The staff offered no refund but did offer a transport to the airport. There are hundreds of hotels in Rome, stay at another.

Pros: pretty good location, convenience stores are close by, nice staff, breakfast was ok. cons: -super small room you need maneuver yourself in order to get in and out from the shower. -we had ants in the room on the first day that were taken cared of in the morning. - the shower in the room above us leaked and we could hear the water dropping like someone is using a hammer the whole night. -no hair conditioner in the shower (why!?) - bed was super short (they said it in the room description but I never imagined it would be so short and small) - the heating was too much, we slept almost naked since it was so hot in the room.

The one positive think I can say is this hotel is located in a central location. I do however wish I knew that my room would be so small that you could barely walk around the bed without tripping, let alone not have any space for luggage at all. The carpet was so dirty and the decorative pillows/sheets were stained as well. After all the great reviews and the beautiful pictures I saw online I was so disappointed to see our room. The air conditioner was an issue as well. I also did not like that we put our do not disturb on our door and the cleaning staff came into our room anyway to clean. The breakfast was nothing special either. I would not recommend this hotel.

12-7-2015 It's a nice, modern and clean hotel, located about 15-20 minutes from train station. Our room is not big but is very clean and nice. We stayed 3 nights (11/27-11/29 ) then left for tour to Sorrento. We left our luggages in hotel to came back later after tour for another 2 nights. When we came back on 12/2/2015, the luggages were on the room already (the same room we had before). Unfortunately the key card did not work, so they moved us to another, similar room. The hotel staff overall are nice, professional and helpful, especially the morning shift staffs and the lady (don't remember her names), we appreciate her help. The hotel serve excellent buffet breakfast. There was 1, front desk gentleman at night shift (the older one) was a little rude, he insisted cash payment for the city taxes, no credit card. We told him that we originally booked the hotel and paid by credit card and we did not have cash at that moment.... Finally he accepted our credit card but warned us next time has to be cash which we think so ridiculous. The 2nd time on 12/4/2015, we paid the city tax to the front desk, very nice lady, she took our credit card without saying anything. Very nice! For sure, we love to come back and stay in that hotel as long as they accept credit card payment.
