Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
We spent four nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not one of our best experiences. Our room was located right next to the reception area, which turned out to be a major issue. After 6 PM, when the reception was closed, many guests mistakenly tried to enter our room, thinking it was the reception desk due to poor signage. This happened multiple times in the evening and was quite disturbing.
In addition, the room was very noisy. We could clearly hear all the conversations and movements of other guests walking through the hotel until late at night, which made it difficult to fall asleep. We also believe our room was located next to a utility or housekeeping room, as we frequently heard the sound of a washing machine running – again, not ideal when you're trying to rest.
Another issue was cleanliness. We noticed some small insects in the room, possibly ants, and unfortunately, the towels and bed linen had a strong smell of cooked or fried food. Overall, the cleanliness was not up to our expectations.
On a positive note, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is in a convenient location for accessing tourist attractions.
