location two blocks from rome terminal station a big plus and night time used book/audio products stands close by.

Enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. The one issue we had was with the shower. It was only partially separated from the rest of the bathroom, so we would spray water and partially flood the floor each time we used it. We really enjoyed the adjustable beds!

Very good breakfast but room size was very very small.

we only needed to walk with the luggage from the train station upon our arrival because the hotel is across the street. the staff is friendly and the breakfast bar is better than many other hotels of the same rating

From the check in to the information provided by the staff who offered excellent service. We love that the hotel was close approximity to all the attractions. The food, clean rooms, the bed has massage option and you're even given a local cell phone to call your family back home and use while you're there free of charge. That was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the overall experience

Great service, staring with a complimentary bottle of sparking wine as welcome gift. The room was way better than expected and the breakfasts sported an abundant, wide selection of delicatessens and sweets. The location (two blocks away from Termini) made all our connections effortless. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel room was clean and neat, but dated and a bit dark feeling for my taste. I can't say that I was thrilled with my room, but I can say that it is perfectly acceptable for the price. Location is absolutely perfect if you're trying to stay near the Termini, less than 5 minute walk. Staff are attentive and courtesy. One thing I must note is that during our stay last year in February it was unseasonably warm, yet the heat was on full blast, and to top it off there was no A/C available. I had to keep the window open to let in cool air. Fortunately it was still cold enough that no bugs flew in. In the hotels defense, I inquired about this issue and they explained to me that the A/C system is shut off during the winter months because the heat it is.

Excellent stay, great service, close to the railroad station, safe neighborhood. Clean hotel. Amazing mattresses, big rooms. Massage beds.

Nice location and great breakfast buffet . Helpful Staff and would recommend this to friends and family

This is a nice hotel with a bit of boutique feel. The staff was absolutely outstanding in every way. We needed a room for 4 people and it turned out to be very large with a king size bed and two very comfortable sleeper sofas. My only negative comment is that the streetfront is quite unattractive, but I believe that is more attributable to Rome in general than the hotel.

The only negative was the espresso machine. Not up to Italian standard.

We stopped here on our honeymoon. The Room was nice and small but a perfect size for 2. We had a nice large window we could open up and check out the city streets. Has a nice rooftop patio that wasn't crowded at all when we were there. Staff were great, location was great. Would definitely stay there again. Hidden Gem!

Located near termini station, friendly staff, clean room and nice shower. Awesome bed, it change chapes and has massage (kind a old vibrating bed but with different settings and positions, and a remote). Good breakfast. Has a really nice bar where you can get complementary espresso coffe at breakfast (so you dont have to get that watered down coffe. if you go to italy drink awesome espresso everytime you can). I dont think a lot of people know this.

Great hotel near the train station. Traveling solo, I booked a small and simple room, but never expected it to be as nice as it was. The bathroom was super clean and modern with a dark purple glass countertop and nice bath products. The bed! Oh the bed! They have these memory foam beds that are fully adjustable and have a vibrating massage feature. What a great way to ease my back and legs after a long day of wandering Rome. The room also had a little fridge and a safe in the armoire.

nice hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast and good ocation. close to colloseo and other touristic places

Great location and staff!! The bed is so comfortable!!

Great hotel within walking distance from termini station. Very clean, friendly staff super plush vibrating bed. Yes, it vibrates! Only downside is there were some plumbing problems. Woke up one morning to shower with only hot water available. Very hot water. Almost scorched my butt. Yummy breakfast included.

Boutique style hotel located in a very desirable location 3 blocks from the train station. Within walking distance to many major sights in Rome. Very friendly English-speaking staff. Large breakfast buffet and wifi included in the price. Beautiful rooftop terrace and cozy bar.

Room and bathroom was smaller than you even think of any other room in the world. It was like a bed in the closet. Rooms looked like senior center's room. Water was leaking out of the standing shower so be ready to clean once you come out of the shower. Breakfast was just okay. Close to train station 5 minutes walk. Bit far from main attractions.
