Hotel is nice. breakfast quality can be improved. Area is a bit challenging... many homeless immigrants on the streets near by. little bit far from Rome old city center GYM is poor and not really a GYM
Close to the train. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower.
We were a party of three We were given a handicapped room even though we did not request or need that type of room when making the reservations It is impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom due to glass partition only on one side of the shower The water leaked under that glass door The creamer for the Cody was expired The only advantage of staying there is proximity to termini station I do not recommend this property and will never stay there again
The hotel looks great and has good customers service.
Great location to train station and nice room but breakfast buffet has some food of dubious quality. Lobby not inviting in decor and no outlets for charging in lobby.
Good location good room for Italy but I ordered a king bed and got 2 full beds moved together like it’s a king bed very uncomfortable and every time me or my wife moved the beds would separate and there would be a huge hole in between us ! The staff was not that pleasant in the front although that’s not a complaint just a language barrier. The cleaning crew we had to call a few times , sometimes they would clean the room sometimes they would not they have there own weird schedule wish it was more efficient
Very close to Roma Termini, staff was excellent and super helpful!
The hotel is very close to the Termini station in Rome. Overall the room that inwas in was clean. The only problem was that the pillows did have a sweaty odor to them. There was an extra pillow in the closet that I switched it out for.
Easy to get to and convince of the train station staff is very helpful and the breakfast is worth the additional cost of 5 euros
The front desk staff at check in were good. The hotel has a nice decor, comfortable and clean rooms, and nice amenities. The breakfast was a good value, had a nice variety of selections, and good quality. The dining room and bar staff were friendly, and attentive. Aside from an incident with the night Bellman, hopefully just an isolated incident, the rest of the hotel staff were very pleasant. The Hotel was conveniently located across from the train station, and a short walk to some of the sight to see and Taxi stands. Overall a good stay. I would have rated the hotel staff higher, except for the rude treatment by the Night Bellman.
Had a great one day stay prior to boarding cruise ship. Awesome that they have a phone to borrow with ability to show you around town. Room simple and clean. Didn't try €3 breakfast. So many local places to eat. Traveling with 6 in the family and they accommodated our wish to stay next to each other. The kids really liked the bidets and choosing their own mood lighting.

Dear Guest, We are glad that you enjoyed the room, at the same time we regret to learn of your discomfort. Some double rooms have two adjoined single beds: to ensure a perfect adhesion of beds we put over a special memory foam cover. We are displeased to read that this solution was not suitable for your needs. Unfortunately, we were not able to trace back your booking to deepen your remark about the efficiency of the cleaning staff, in order to give you clarification. Anyway, we apologize for not succeeded in making you feel our full attention and the enthusiasm that we constantly and daily put into our work. We do hope to welcome you again in the near future to offer you a full satisfactory stay. Sincerely Stefania Guest Relations BW Premier Hotel Royal Santina Roscioli Hotels Group - Roma
