The property was luxurious. I was late checking in, so they gave me an upgrade to the Suite. They were more than accommodating on ENEY level. The doorman finding us water, the front desk, bell men, and the host and hostess on the rooftop restaurant, getting us food late night after hours. Will definitely return when back I. Rome. Excellent service all around .

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was convenient for us because we were traveling via train and it’s literally right next to Termini station but besides that it’s pretty far from all major attractions. Roof top bar was nice also.

10/10 – Would absolutely stay again! NH Collection Roma was a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of option; even for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans folks, which I personally appreciated since Im a vegetarian. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had a great time. The hotel is located right next to Roma Termini, as well as very close of buses stops, taxis stops and other public transportation. Loved everything about our stay!
