I truly enjoyed my stay there over all the hotels I've been in on this 18 day trip...Great Breakfast everyday ..and I lived having access to the lounge in the evening to enjoy wine and coffee etc...thank you for a pleasant stay

Front desk :doing their job efficiently .clean rooms :the cleaning staff doing their job very good .very nice breakfast ,nice and very clean swimming pool. definitely would advice every one to book on that hotel .

No A/C working, front desk no answers,no information in room Bad experience

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the food at the restaurant was good, the pool was beautiful. We needed a place near the airport as we were flying home the next mornings,. The hotel was perfect for that. They provide a shuttle to the airport for 7.50 euros per person which was convenient. (If it were free it would have been nicer.) There was also a shuttle bus that took us to the historic center of Rome for a round trip of 10 euros per person which was convenient as well.

This hotel appears to have taken its model for doing business from the Airline industry. Charge for every possible thing, have indifferent customer service, and pay no attention to the actual needs of the traveler. The Hotel is located not particularly far from a Rome subway Station (EUR Magliana) (about a 5 minute walk). The hotel, however, has a single sign with no directions directing customers to the subway Station. Why are the directions so bad? Well the Hotel has a "bus service" to the Metro Station for the charge of 7 EUR each way. I can understand a 7 EUR charge to the airport or to downtown Rome, but 7 EUR for a 2 minute bus ride? With Rome traffic, the Rome Metro is a major travel asset. The Hotel Charges for internet access and charges rather a good deal considering the nearly universal reach of the internet at this point. The Internet is not an "extra service" at this point, it is expected. I have stayed a numerous hotels in Italy -- ranging from large chains to small independent hotels and they ALL had internet available for no charge. And so on. The next problem is the room and maintenance. Toilet running, heating and cooling system not working, shower not properly draining. I was there for one night. Its not my job to be a maintenance supervisor. And I expect a purported World Class Hotel to ascertain these things. Room Design. In these days of modern electronics, the room should have at least two accessible electric plugs. This hotel did not. To get electricity, one had to move the furniture and unplug the lamps. Beds. The bed was in very bad shape providing almost no support of any kind. And now we come to "Customer Service". When I checked in, I confirmed that it was a pre-paid reservation with this travel site. I confirmed, since I had a flight before the bus was scheduled to go to the airport, that a cab was available and asked if I needed to pre-reserve a cab. I was assured that a Cab stand was on the premises and that it would not be a problem. When I checked out in the morning, the hotel insisted on FULL payment at a rate higher than the pre-confirmed and pre-paid reservation from this travel site and there was NO Cab and no Cab stand. A cab was called an eventually arrived. But that took "purposeful" effort on my part. In contrast, a small independent hotel that I stayed at in Rome in February had listened to my desires and had pre-arranged a cab. In sum, a hotel that does not deliver in any reasonable fashion. A hotel that delivers like it is an airline....

The front desk staff was especially wonderful and helpful as was the staff in the dining area the shuttle service was excellent and taxi's and door always on alert

This hotel was dirty, far away from everything. Definitely not 4 star, more like 2 at the most. The staff was not particularly helpful.

We stayed here because it was linked to a half marathon we were running, so it was close to the registration and bus to/fro the race. Otherwise, it was isolated; the walk to the metro was easy, but a bit sketchy on a crumbling near nonexistent sidewalk and no dining options other than the hotel restaurant - not a big concern if you're in town on business and your company will reimburse you for a cab fare or the host company has shuttle buses to dinner. Our internet access never happened, the solution was a voucher for an hour of access - on the plus, this saved us spending the 18 Euro/day for internet access... However, all of the staff was super friendly and spoke English.

I will go back anytime because the people are nice and the food was great as always.

Liked the hotel, was not ready for the cost for back and forth into the city! Pool closed too early especailly for hot summer Aug. days. Did not like that!

From start to finish, all the staff were impeccable and pleasant with us. Because of an unforeseen closure of the "Club Lounge", due to water damage which needed to be repaired immediately, we received vouchers for drinks, and also received some other amenities which are normally "payable", which the hotel manager kindly agreed to. The rooms on the "Club Levels" are fantastic, and service was always perfect. Beds are large and comfortable, and the room was relatively large, with easy chairs, table, desks, etc. The food was great, and prices reasonable for European standards. Americans might find the restaurant a bit expensive however. My teenagers enjoyed lounging at the pool each day and sunbathing after touring Rome in the morning. We all had great workouts in the super fitness center each day too, which I appreciated very much. Yes, the location is the only "problem" with this hotel, but one cannot expect to find a beautiful, sprawling hotel in the center of a very old city! The hotel bus was reliable and comfortable, and taxis were anywhere between €15 and €20 to or from the center. We bought bus/metro tickets, and with a short, 10-minute walk from the hotel, we were linked to the metro. Three buses stop in front of the hotel also, which take about 25 minutes to get to the city center. The BREAKFAST BUFFET, which I highly recommend taking ALONG with the room reservation, was out of this world. Couldn't have been any better! I would definitely stay there again, and we had a wonderful vacation at the Sheraton!

I really loved this hotel. The service staff was excellent. Th onsite restaurant was terrific and that is a good thing because it is hard to walk anywhere from this location. So, if you don't mind spending more time travelling by taxi or shuttle to get to the sites in Rome I highly recommend this hotel. If you want to walk everywhere don't stay at this location. Hotel to airport transfer was perfect and only cost 5E per person. Very few free English speaking TV channels

The hotel was quite a distance from the city center to for the average site seer to consider the walking option. However, the hotel provides a bus to/from a relatively centralized location every 1.5 hours for a minimal fee (5EUR/person). The drop-off is centrally located (Via Petroselli) for many of the sites. Additionally, you can catch the local bus (#81) just around the corner from the drop-off point (runs every 30mins), to the Vatican and surrounding sites for even less (2EUR). Tickets for both buses can be purchased at the hotel. The hotel itself, in my opinion, was a typical four-star with no surprises, which I appreciate. The staff speaks English well and is quite courteous. Because the price was quite reasonable, I recommend this hotel to anyone with budget constraints. One last comment: Catch the airport shuttle to/from hotel to save (~ $120.00). If you decide to go the taxi route (no pun intended), use city cabs services - they're limited in what they can charge.

We did not enjoy our stay. My husband and I were given a room with twin beds, we asked to get it changed but the clerk said thats all they had. Also they did not have their air condition on and it was very hot in our room , so they gave us a fan.We had to sleep with the windows open which allowed bugs to fly in. The location was terrible, we walked to the train and in route there were homeless people sleeping under the bridge, we also saw some prostitutes hanging out. There was no stores and grocery stores close by. The hotel food is expensive and not very good.
