Hotel decor is impressive and the atmosphere offers the true Italian experience without being old fashioned. Only area for improvement is quality of beds and usability of air conditioning. Location is good being next to termini station however walk into main city is only 20 minutes

We were due to stay here on the 26th July but our flight was cancelled with all the storms etc.. I had booked the non refundable hotel. I contacted Radisson & they said no refund but I contacted the hotel. The manager asked for proof of flight cancelling & then agreed at no charge to move it to the next weekend when the airline had rebooked us for. They didn’t have to so was grateful. On arrival we was greeted by pleasant reception who then showed us round the hotel & allowed us to our room early. Nothing was enough for this hotel, we were surprised when we went out of an evening that the room was cleaned and serviced again so twice a day. Breakfast was fine, only thing is the menu for evening meal very limited but with so many gems close by it didn’t bother us. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone & I thank them for turning our nightmare the weekend before into a dream anniversary stay. Thank you

The stay could have been improved by: a) Design issue of bathroom in room no 105, water ozing out from hand shower.pointed out to staff, but they mentioned helplessness as saying its the design issue. an alternate better room could have been provided b) complimentary drinking water not provided on all days c) Extended checkout time is very basic for guest who has been around for 4 nights. (Not provided inspite of mentioning at the time of checking d) veg hot breakfast options not available e) More benefits for raddison members

So happy we found this hotel! Attentive staff, nice room, comfortable bed, a/c that was a must during the recent heat wave and a wonderful restaurant! After spending 2 weeks in Italy I had the best dessert here the night before I left. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in the Noble Suite and were completely blown away! From entering the hotel, the staff couldn't have done anymore for us & made us feel very valued. We have stayed in some amazing places before, but we both agree that our suite would be very hard to beat & we'll definitely be coming back and staying in this suite again. We have stayed in Rome a few times, but hotel is really very special! The Noble Suite is a little palace in itself 😍. The terrace bar is beautiful & has amazing premuim spirits and cocktails, as well as an incredible view! We can't say enough for how helpful & friendly all of the staff have been. Everything has been perfect & we can't wait to be welcomed back here again! Grazie mille 🥰

The hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located. Service is excellent and the breakfast is exceptional. The staff should consider placing large families closer if they are forced to have separate rooms, and the staff should try their best to place their guest in better rooms, which are in quiet areas of the hotel. One of our rooms were next to the cleaners store room, which affected us every morning with banging of doors. Other than that, the hotel is great and I will definitely stay there again

Room was very spacious, especially for Rome, and clean with good amenities and comfortable bedding. Bathroom was large and well appointed. Location was fair, very convenient if you wish to be near Termini. The public spaces are a bit disappointing. The exercise room is a claustrophobic space which makes you want to turn around and leave immediately. Breakfast was very nice.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, two adults and two kids. The Hotel is well located for getting around Rome’s attractions on foot. The hotel has a nice interior, the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and taken care of two times a day. Everything was also, as expected, very clean. The staff at the hotel is very good - always smiling and helpful in a natural way - also when traveling with kids. Breakfast is very good, and there is even a chef cooking very tasteful pancakes and crepes on order. The staff even remember who drinks which kind of coffee in the morning. Which is nice :-) We had a dinner (light dinner) one night at the roof top bar with our two kids, the waiters the night we was there was outstanding, helping with every request - giving us a good experience. We can only recommend the hotel.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures and videos online/social media pages. With a grand appearance from the curb to its lobby. Staff was friendly upon arrival. Check-In time is around 2pm. The rooms are cute and quaint. The bathrooms are sexy, however ours had a somewhat of a cracked floor which they attempted to repair but it wasn't a very good job. We were very careful to ensure we didn't cut out feet on the broken stone. The room also had a slight odor. We think it may be from plumbing issues. Smell seemed to come from the bathroom areas. The spa is Fabulous with great amenities. The Rooftop bar is relaxing and very enjoyable in the evening with the best music and nice views and outstanding drink selections. The restaurant is fancy with an a amazing ceiling fountain. We only ate dinner 1 night in the restaurant as its menu was a bit too fancy four our taste buds. The service is very good. The train station is directly across the street and within walking distance. This made it so convenient for us to get around Rome. If you prefer cab's, they are also located right across the street at the train station. I would recommend staying here with the exception of the 2 items mentioned. We really enjoyed our stay.

So, I stayed here with my family in 2 rooms Room 1, 4th floor, very nice but little did I know 1. Room smelled like sewer after the first night 2. Rooftop bar is really noisy without customers. Music echos thru the walls, furniture being moved and stowed late at night making it difficult to rest during the day or night. The good thing is, bathroom was amazing Room 2, 4th floor family Room. Rome was fine, yet I expected more amenities for the price. Now when it comes to the other services, don’t dare request something and believing you won’t pay. I asked for an empty dish, and guess what, they wanted to charge me €5 for that as a service charge. I asked to pick it up and they said no, either we deliver and you pay or no plate. Bought a whole set of plastic stencils and plates for less just 1 minute away from the hotel. I liked the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
