The stuff is great and the position is great, but the rest is mediocre. The hotel also had no water for some hours, and no hot water at the bath tab section for both days we stayed there.

It was in a very old building but was super modern. Loved it.

I loved my room: stone floors; large bathroom; fabulous shower; spotless and comfortable. Accommodating staff.

We wanted a hotel for one night, since we were taking a train the next day. This hotel got the top rating within walking distance of the station, and we were not disappointed. The room had very modern furnishings and all the amenities, including one we had never seen before in a hotel. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was fantastic. We were able to control the temperature in the room precisely -- it would warm or cool as needed to keep the temp exactly where we wanted it. One surprise was the 12-euro cover charge when we had lunch at the hotel. It seems that cover charges are the thing in Italy, but never that high.

I have stayed at this hotel several time now and it is a great hotel but the music at breakfast is honestly unbearable!! Cheesy cover songs EVERY morning without fail. How can you torture your guest and employees this way?
