The room was in a state of disrepair. Even the photo frame was broken. The bathroom door caught on the floor. The surfaces were worn and water damaged. The floor tiles rocked back and forth in certain places. The bed was also the least comfortable I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping upon. I prepaid 3 nights and left after the 1st for a combination of the terrible bed and the noise. The hallway echoed so we could hear people coming in as if they were coming into our own room. There was also a couple screaming at each other we listened to for 2 hours. Staff offered to get the manager then said they weren’t going to be in that day. I have nothing good to say about this place besides the convenient location.

Stayed in the family room. Room is run down and bathrooms tiny. Could smell smoke in our room in the morning, it was suggested it was from nearby balconies or people smoking from the street. Lift was extremely old and tiny. Staff were very friendly and location is great, however I wouldn't choose to stay again.

The room was very neglected. The painting was unfinished, Baseboards were not put on and some had water damage, the shower needs a lot of TLC (visible mold and gunk between the sliding door, overhead shower-head did not have any pressure. The air unit did not work (I understand the AC was turned off but the fan itself was not even working for airflow in the room. The evening front desk gentleman tried but was not successful in fixing it and said the service tech was not available until the morning (but we were checking out). The day time staff did not seem to care - it was more of an "Oh well" type of attitude. I was not impressed at all.

Everything was great! My only suggestion would be to make the bath tub and shower in our room more safe. It was very difficult to get in (high) and extremely slippery. A grab bar and better shower head would make it perfect.
