We stayed in one of their suites. The way they have created these suites has to be one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is beautiful - I love how they incorporated the original stone into the design of the room. Rome is very walkable, and we felt safe everywhere we went. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the sites. It is conveniently located near places to eat and to shop. Every one of the employees we had contact with were all friendly and helpful and all spoke English which was a blessing because I don't remember my Italian from 35 years ago! LOL I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The bedroom area - the bed was so comfortable
The balcony area - perfect for that morning cup of coffee
Entering into the suite - if you go straight, there is a fireplace and the stone is the original material from the historic building

Great Hotel and very central to everything

This hotel is a little gem close to everything. first impressions were not great reception was a little confusing and the lady was quite rude unhelpful. Mark was great after being yelled at from the lady to get our bags and after a little confusion he took our bag up the little squishy lift. I checked in and was told to come back at 3pm end of conversation. I stood for a bit and then went ok, so we went around the corner to Mcdonalds for a coffee and to wait for room to be ready as we were tired. we returned at 3pm and was shown to our room, our bags had been already put in our room. We were not expecting the size of the room it was massive. we had a huge bed which was so comfortable many different pillows to choose from. There was a minibar but we didnt use it. there was a safe and lots of room for our bags and to still move around. there was a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom had a bath tub and shower it was a bit annoying to lay and relax in the spa bath as the fan was constantly on and very loud. Breakfast was good , you can ask for a hot breakfast and they make it fresh, barista hot coffee was nice. Bebe , Luca and Emmanuele were all great. They also held our bags after we checked out as we had a late flight. Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon were all within 5 min walk. Vatican City was easy 37min walk. Souvenir shop across the road was cheap. Best leather shop was Florence Moon. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Centrally located, front desk friendly and helpful, large clean room, large bathroom and storage space, breakfast buffet good, coffee good. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The shower head could be better. The hair dryer cord was wrapped too tightly causing the wiring to cut out.

Large king size bed. Front desk staff could have been a little bit more friendly. Usually at hotels I leave the room key in the room on the last day but the staff stopped me on my way to catch my taxi and made me wait until they went to my room and made sure I didn’t take anything from the refrigerator or the bar area and it took her forever! I could have been better informed that this was there process when I checked into the room.

This suite was amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. Youll take the elevator to the 4th floor then use your card to go through a small seating area. Once in your suite theres a lounge room with a large terrace outside. The room itself is large with an impressive bathroom. The breakfast was nice, pastries and staff made coffees as well as cooked to order items. There is a fee to check in, id suggest going to BellaDonna for lunch while you wait.

The hotel was very centrally located whether you’ve been to Rome or not; it was just the perfect location. Tucked away off a quiet street but also close walking distance to the metro and Termini for major transportation, the bus stops and then very close to major site seeing attractions. Whenever we visit again, it’s a good location to stay at.
