Hotel staff very friendly, helpful, very clean room, spacious. Great food at the restaurant.

Our stay at the Starhotels Michelangelo was a short 2 nights - but we loved the proximity to Vatican City and also to the St. Pietro rail station.

Very good staff, nice and friendly. Good Breakfast, quiet place.

Nice comfortable stay. Walking distance to Vatican

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient for the Basilica, Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and only a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station. Room was very clean, bathroom was beautiful. Nice little patio to relax even in winter. The only thing the room didn't have was an iron, but I wasn't expecting one in Europe. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Rome.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

Room is great and location is close to Vatican. Neat, clean!

Very nice and a great location recommend it highly

This hotel is great for anyone looking to spend significant time at/near the Vatican-which was our main purpose for being in Rome. It's pretty out of the way for anything else. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is good. Shower pressure was good, the blow dryer could have been better. For us, the most disappointing thing about the hotel was the staff. Aside from Alessandro in the morning who helped us check in (although even he mistakenly gave us misinformation), most of the front desk staff is not helpful. In fact, they can be down right rude. Eduardo and Phillip (I believe were their names) who had most of the evening shifts at the front desk seemed inconvenienced any time we asked them for something. It was very off-putting. Even the bar tender at the lobby bar did not even crack a smile when we were there. Just not very friendly at all. Pretty disappointing.

Quiet, good resturants near by. Short walk to Vatican.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff could be nicer. Only on our last day, one of the male attendants was very helpful and friendly. The first staff we encountered seemed bother by questions.

Very nice hotel and a good location to the city. Very clean and friendly staff.

Such a delightful experience! The hotel was beautiful, clean, cozy...the staff was super kind and accomodating. Lastly, the breakfast each morning was delicious! We would absolutely go back!

We felt the hotel was excellent. However, we also thought that there could be more variety in the breakfast buffet. The items were almost exactly the same every day. We stayed 6 nights, so we noticed the lack of variety.

It hotel was great for example, the service, prices and all there. Good services!

Everything was perfect good location service clean and nice room nice people

Clean rooms and great break fast. The concierge service could do much better. Location wise, it's far from everywhere except the Vatican.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Hop on and hop off bus within walking distance. Only thing missing was an iron in the room ....when living out of a suitcase you really need an iron in the room as clothes are clean and don't need to be sent out to be pressed. Would also like to see more English tv channels. Will definitely return with my family....

Excellent location, beautiful Rome inspired room decor, exceptionally clean rooms and great ammenities

We arrived late so we got the worst room UN the house and they wouldn't move us. Breakfast was as expected, location was very good. Staff was surly, uninterested and actually told me to go to bed , no I had not been drinking. Internet in lobby didn't work and they didn't care.
