Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly - communicate fairly well in English. Arrived early and bags were delivered to room when it was available. Breakfast was good for a quick bite before heading out. Hotel is clean, within walking distance to many Rome attractions and also close to Termini station. We didn't use the station - chose to walk the streets instead. Felt safe while walking and used city cab service to/from airport. Would stay there again. Good experience!

Quaint hotel with most of the sites within walking distance. I had a king suite & the bed was very noisy, it made loud squeaks or cracking sounds when you would roll over. The ac worked really well too. The shower is set up is awkward, the small glass partisan did not serve an actual purpose & made a bigger mess than not. My biggest complaint would be we told the front desk to call us a WHITE cab not one of the illegal black cabs. They called a black cab instead, we were quoted 15 euros by the front desk, we get to the airport & it's 50 Euros instead. We only took it because we were in a hurry to not miss our flight.

Good location at convenient price, with friendly staff.

Not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Small Room. Desperate need of a paint job. Hotels looks like it needs repair. Poor location. 15 minutes walk to Termini station. Not close to anything interesting. They charge for their breakfast. No parking to unload luggage. DO NOT BOOK HERE. For same price, you can find a much better place to stay in Rome that includes breakfast. Wi-Fi is so slow it is completely unusable.

Cost of hotel was not cheap, but what I got was a small room that was not particularly nice. WIFI was unusable as it was extremely slow. Breakfast , there was a charge. My reservation was changed to "internet special" from what I put in for. The location of this Hotel is Horrible. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is not close to anything important. This Hotel offers very little value for your money. It's 4 start status should be revoked. My friends stayed at a 3 star hotel and it was much nicer and they did not charge for breakfast. There is very little parking nearby. The hotel offers parking but is pretty expensive, even for Rome. I have stayed at Hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Good breakfast Good price Ok hotel - room small & basic but clean

When we got there, something happen with our reservation about number of guests instead of 2 was for 1 and he almost made me leave the hotel with my wife around 10:30 because there is some law about quantity of people per room, he told us to do a new reservation, we were about to leave then he decide to offer us for 30 euro more per night to add my wife and we decided to stay since it was to late to go outside and try to find another room, definitely not going back to this one there is some people in Italy that they just don't want to help you on anything they always had a bad attitude terrible for a country that depends on tourism!!!!

Enjoyed the stay there. It It was a welcome refuge from the hectic pace of museum going and sight seeing. The buffet breakfat was an elegant assortment of foods suitable for people from a variety of places.

Stayed on the top floor felt like the penthouse with view of the mountains. Very quite street. Staff helpful. Breakfast was great in the morning, and a good way to start the day. Around the corner from bars and restaurants, close to the metro. Walking distance from train station.

The hotel was great, clean, great location and friendly and helpful staff who gave me great directions and suggestions on where to dine and how to stay safe in the city. The breakfast was good with a more than adequate selection. My only negative comment is the wifi, it was really really bad and the reason was that August is holiday month in Italy so internet services may be affected. I was unable to connect and if I did it would only work for a few minutes. This was terribly frustrating and was a negative spot on an all round hotel that was a great value for money.

Our hotel room was huge and very very clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. It was wonderful to have breakfast included. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is the extremely slow internet service. The hotel was about 5 blocks from the Termini station and therefore ideal for using the metro to get to all the sights -easy walking distance, however would not recommend to do if you are arriving late at night and don't know the area yet. Be aware of people that try to sell themselves as tourist information agents at the Termini station, mostly they are con artists trying to make a fast buck out of you. Only use the legal white Rome taxis. Also be aware of beggars, they are everywhere. Had 2 really lovely dinners at La familia Ristorante, very close to the hotel and very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Roma Termini rail station but away from the noisy, seedy streets where most of the hotels are. This hotel is in the quieter, classier embassy neighborhood within short walking distance to Castro Pretorio metro station. There are good ethnic restaurants right next to the hotel (Ethiopian, Peruvian, Filipino) if you want a break from pizza and pasta. The hotel has modern amenities while maintaining old-fashioned charm and art deco style. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the beautiful bathroom. The staff were helpful at the front desk and at breakfast, and the breakfast is really nice. The only small inconveniences were: the tiny elevator to get up to the 5th floor, and the wifi, which was sometimes unreliable (but free of charge).

This was a nice hotel, easy to find from public transportation (termini and metro), but some of the amenities were out dated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Extremely well-trained staff, great English skills, great breakfast (with eggs!). The wifi signal is a little weak and intermittent, but that's common for Italian hotels. Nice shower, though one day the water only got to luke warm, and the other day, the pressure was low. The best thing about the place is its location, which is near the train station and as such, makes getting into and out of town uncomplicated and quick.

Antonio was the personnel who checked us in. He's so kind , seeing that we travel all the way fr Asia for more than 15 hrs ,( also there's a room available ) we got early checked in ! This hotel was ok in everything except there's no lift ! Good English speaking stuffs.

First time in Rome had a good time, resturants close by , if you needed a taxi staff will call for you and the taxi will be there less then 5 mins. Rail system less then 15 mins walking.

Room was a bit small. However the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us direction to catch the bus/ visit all places...Thank you MUCH...

Nice, small hotel - its best western, clean and safe. Lots of places to eat around. Near the main roads on two sides. Nice breakfast. Very helpful receptionists all the time. 10-15 minute walk from the main Termini train/Bus sation. Free WiFi and the newspaper.

I was on my way home from a 2 week trip spent with my husband while he was on business. I only spent the one night in a single room but it was very nice and very clean. I had free wi-fi that I could actually access from my room. Walls are a little thin but I found that to be the norm while staying in different hotels on my trip. Earplugs fix this problem. My stay was very pleasant at this hotel.
