Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast. We had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was stunning and my room and view were gorgeous! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had had more time to stay in Rome bc I would have stayed here the entire time. I will definitely come back here- truly outstanding. And loved the neighborhood.

This hotel is 5 stars but you will be disappointed with the service they provide to you. There is no simple things in your room like coffee and tea. If you call the room service for a glass, you will be charged for 5 Euro. The bed sheet was torn and I have asked for extra blanket, I was provided with a very old thin duvet without cover. Before the last day, I have asked the reception one day before my check out to help me find the time for train times to Florence and hotels, I have been informed to wait 30 minutes since he is busy in doing something in his computer. I felt sorry to pay $216 per night without tax for the provided room.

Well located, upscale, clean and modern. Nicely decorated, bed was extra large and comfortable. This is a very good hotel, hard to find those in Rome.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, front desk incredibly helpful. Booked us amazing restaurants, a driver to the airport and overall great hotel.

Within walking distance of the Spanish Steps (10 min), helpful staff, room is spotless, nice heated stand up shower, spa on premise. The only con is that the rooms are a tidbit small.

The Grand Hotel Palace was a beautiful hotel, a little pricey, but overall worth the expense. The breakfast buffet was simply wonderful including the Nutella donuts and espresso and cappuccinos, the only thing I thought it was missing were olives. At check-in I had hoped to be upgraded to a balcony room but even though the hotel did not seem to be sold out they said none were available. Overall the staff was very accommodating even bringing ice to our room for my boyfriends swollen ankle in under 5 minutes. Overall a wonderful hotel great location and my trip to Rome was magical like I hoped it would be. Even if we only got to stay 3 nights. I wish it had been longer so we could have enjoyed our free spa passes. Thank you Rome!!

This is a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, lovely and comfortable rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer! Used the Valet to park our car over night for €35.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. We had the standard king and it worked out fine. The bathroom was fantastic with a rain shower, a wand shower, robes and wonderful smelling , soft towels. We like that they listed king beds as we are very tall and a listing of a double not knowing if it was a full, queen or king makes booking in Europe a nightmare for us.
