Apartment LOCATED ON THE FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a prestigious building. The house consists of a large living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (in one of the two a single bed can be added and transform it into a triple bedroom) and 2 bathrooms (one of which is inside of a bedroom). In all rooms we have air conditioning, heating, smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, fiber optic wifi (very fast). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
