Convenient and clean
Room was absolutely tiny, with the smallest hotel bed I've ever seen. Terrible breakfast. Very loud in hallway. Decent size bathroom and good coffee though. Would not stay again in a single room.

Room was very well laid out. Bathroom was good size. Had USB charging and electric plugs for USA. Staff were very helpful.
Conveniently close to Roma Termini. The hotel is sufficient for a short stay. The toiletries (soap and shampoo) provided needs improvement. I recommend you bring your own. Several little markets around for the necessities. I also continually had an issue with controlling the AC temp. I had to call the front desk for them to turn on/off the AC. It became so troublesome that they brought an electric fan in the room.
The hotel was SUPER clean. The room was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - just a few minute walk to the train station.
Proximity to the train station is great. The staff is very dry. Didn't provide any hotel information at arrival i.e wifi, breakfast, bar hours.

Best breakfast in town! Quiet, clean close to a few restaurants. The Bramble Ristorante was excellent!
Room , facilities and location is well. The only problem is my room is at grand floor . So you can hear a lot of noise from outside , even at midnight. Prepare an ear plug or living in higher floor maybe better~
The hotel has a great location close to Termini station. Overall hotel was good, nothing to complain about. A little warm at night. Area around train station a little dirty, not the hotels fault, but can be a turn off to some. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
The location is perfect. It's close to transportation making it easy to get to all areas of Rome. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff was great. The breakfast was also very good.

Pros: -location was very close to the Termini Cons: -the paid WiFi was slow and intermittent -the hotel staff were generally very good and friendly. However, there was one who was very arrogant, confrontational, and rude (Giuseppe). This guy just ruined the experience! He didn't have basic customer service skills! For example, I went to the front desk to ask a question. He was on his cell phone having a personal conversation. He saw me, but just failed to acknowledge my presence. A simple "Hi, I'll be with you shortly," would have been OK, but this guy just completely ignored me and continued talking on his cell phone. I left after waiting for a minute or two -the room was clean, but it was just very loud. The front door slammed every time someone would come in. The room was on the front ground floor of the adjacent building. I heard vehicles and people talking while passing by the closed window
Horrible,pre pague una habitación para mi esposo y para mi con un año de anticipación, al llegar nos informaron q nuestra habitación le había sido vendida a otras personas así q nos enviaron a otro hotel q tienen como un contrato al llegar nos encontramos con un lugar parecido a un lugar sucio lleno de polvo que al parecer no limpian hacen más de 20 años , tuvimos q virar al hotel y dormir en una cama de plaza y media día noches hasta q la ultima noche. Nos dieron una habitación más grande . Fue una pena q esto ocurriera no fuimos los únicos esa noche con el problema sin embargo llegaron unos asiáticos y esos no tuvieron ningún problema le dieron las habitaciones igual a las q nos tocaban a mi esposo y a mi .
