My husband and I stayed for a few days in Italy . We were able to walk to many of the popular sites from this location. The host contacted us to sort out check in and we are able to do this on our own. Once we entered the building , there was a rustic Italian feel which we loved. The room however had a bit of a smell but overall it was easy to overlook as it was always kept clean daily. Overall I would say we had a fabulous experience. We love you Italy ! ❤️💚🤍

This property was in the perfect location. Close to the metro for easy access to all the popular tourist sights. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The common area was cute, and well stocked. We came back one night with a bottle of wine. Sure enough the kitchen area had a wine opener and wine glasses. Great cafes and shopping near by. We felt truly safe with the two gate security.

This hotel is fantastic, amazing location, close to the colosseum and the Trevi fountain. The rooms were very large and comfortable and clean. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and let us leave our bags in the lobby while we waited to check in. A very safe location and very scenic. We were a family of 4, our 2 kids are grown, and we all felt very comfortable in one room. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very very small , not the cleanest by no means , def needs work and updates , especially the area it’s in , where most people would like to be , mold around shower ( which is right beside the bed ) and mold around sink , trim falling off , air conditioner behind curtains , so the curtains have to be open if you want the ac blowing , light hanging off wall , and about 8” to try get past bed to open curtains or access other side , was in Italy travelling all over and this was most expensive room , and the poorest of all , definitely would recommend else where

Maybe we just got unlucky with our room but I felt like this property was not worth the price. We appreciate the beds and the size of the room and even the interior but the shower had so much mold and slimy things on the sides. The instruction to check in was very complex and there were 2 plights of stairs going to the first floor which was not serviced by the on-site elevator. We also had a bad experience with the security personnel during check out when we were waiting for our taxi, she asked us to wait outside and not inside even after we told her we were guests in the hotel. There was a drunk? Person sleeping just outside the property main door hence why we didn’t want to wait outside.

Unfortunately, this property was in very poor condition. I arrived at 11 PM with my 21-month-old baby and had no other option but to stay the first night. We left the second night because I couldn’t sleep knowing how unsanitary the unit was when we arrived. I spoke with a manager, and while she tried her best to address the issues, I was genuinely traumatized by the condition of the unit and could not bring myself to stay another night. The sheets were covered in tiny hairs, and the nightstands were dusty and had more hair on them. The floors were sticky and clearly had not been mopped. The TV remote was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. The pillow covers had visible hair, and the pillows themselves were stained yellow—most likely from saliva—showing they hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in a long time. I had to sleep fully clothed and felt genuinely nauseated. I even placed my sweater over the pillow just to avoid touching it. The baby crib provided had no mattress—just a hard board—which caused my child to bump his head while lying down. Additionally, when the bed was moved to make space for the crib, a large amount of dust came out from underneath, clearly showing the unit hadn't been properly cleaned. The air conditioner filters were dirty, and the AC only worked for a few minutes at a time. Since the shower was located right next to the bed and lacked proper ventilation, the humidity made the unit feel even more uncomfortable and likely contributed to

The location is good. But for older tourists you ll be walking up and down hills to get to the major attractions. Also, if you are older or pjysically challenge I d avoid this propert. Where we stayed had to lug up our luggage 15 steps. No wheel chair access. You basically rent a room. Managed by another office off site.

We loved the stay. Great location and great price compared to other hotels around. It is in a secure gated area. The only downside is that the concierge/ reception is only available until 7pm daily. Therefore you must plan accordingly.

This hotel is great. Other reviews say that initially accessing the hotel is confusing, that is understandable, but if you can spare an extra two minutes of patience the staff will be there to assist. Once there, the room is so quiet that you wouldn't realize you are in a busy part of Rome, with access to a taxi stand and major metro station nearby

The shower is next to the bed not inside the restroom like a normal hotel room. No furniture to store your close and no safe inside room. Can hear all the footsteps of the upstairs room and the person was a heavy walker. Lots of confusion finding main desk not good instructions. I had to help new arrivals find the main desk. Every safe getting in and out. Would not stay or recommend this hotel to anybody. The shower next to the bed was terrible, no privacy.

Somewhat confusing check in process, but once you get checked in the place is great. The building is behind a large wooden door you can see from the street, and once you get in there are 4 buildings inside. The reception is in a different building than the rooms are. You have to use the outside call box for B15 to ring the reception desk, and then all the directions for accessing the rooms were very easy to follow. We arrived early and they let us store our bags there until check in. We came back after check in and they had delivered our bags to our room. The room is a decent size, and the air conditioner kept the room cold which was so nice after walking around in the super hot city all day. The AC was such a luxury since the extremely overpriced hotel we were in previously did not even let you control the AC. There are only 4 rooms in a little quad for Nationals Palace Suites, and there is a sort of community coffee area in the middle of them. However we did not see or hear any of the other guests the entire time we were there. Privacy was not an issue at all. This is a great location in the center of Rome, with walking access to all of the tourist attractions and everything else you might need. The train and metro stations are also extremely close if you need to travel further away. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Rome.

Not bad. Confusing check in.

The rooms were nice enough, though the shower in the bedroom is an odd choice. The check in process was chaotic and counterintuitive. It would be impossible for someone who is using WiFi only. The instructions were not even close to sufficient. But the rooms were reasonably clean, there was coffee in the common area and the window was on the side opposite the busy street, so over all, not bad.
