We arrived early and the hotel happily stored our bags until our room was ready. Upon check-in you are given a complimentary coupon for a glass of wine on the rooftop patio. The area is right by the termini station which was very convenient and still 1/2 hour walking distance to many sights. We did have issues with trying to get the a/c to work, change the language of the tv to English and enjoy a good shower, water pressure not very good. The hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed, only downside was the air-conditioning was in the window so with the curtains closed you could barely feel it. But the room was great for a family!

The hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station, and close to the main sites of interest. The property condition is excellent, the staff is great. Breakfast is delicious and very complete. They have a restaurant if you prefer to have dinner there. There are also plenty of restaurants around. Overall a great value for money. We were in the hotel in two different occasions on the same trip. The first room assigned was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The second room although had a better distribution than the first, did not have a fixed shower head, but one with a hose which was not easy to adjust, also water spilled into the floor as the shower glass was not properly sealed. Except for this inconvenient the hotel was perfect. 100% recommended. We would definitely go back there again.
