The location near Termini Station was very convenient. The hotel including a quality, free breakfast was a great value. The room was on the small side, and it was too hot in the winter, since the thermostats are automatic only it was rather loud to sleep with windows open too cool off.

CON: no air conditioning in the rooms despite it being listed. Overall a lovely hotel we really liked it. However the breakfast isn’t great, the quality being the main thing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The only thing stopping us from ever going again is that there was NO air conditioning in the room. We always make sure to check there is air con as we’re from the U.K. and we are easily warm lol, and it did say air con on the room listing. However nothing, we went to ask and they all spoke between themselves and it was decided to tell us they only had heating. We found the room uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep because we was just too hot, they told us it’s quite cold outside (not by our normals) and should open the windows which we did but wasn’t great. I feel if it’s listed it should be available as it’s not really the hotels job to decide if it’s warm enough for its guests to have air con.

It is a 5min walk from the train station! And the location is walkable to most of the spots we wanted to see, The Spanish Steps, Fontana Trevi, The Forum and Colloseo !

Excellent trip to Rome

Excellent location near Termini station in Rome. Can easily access public transport and other attractions on foot. Nice Hotel, comfortable bed, very clean, Very good breakfast and helpful staff

Blijkbaar was de kamer dubbel geboekt Wij kregen een kamer maar voor anders-validen. Beetje verouderd, maar pluim voor de bedden en het onderhoud. Op het dakterras kan je ontbijten, er staan drankfaciliteiten, de rest van het ontbijt 1 trap lager. €5 kleine cola.

We specifically chose this hotel for our last night in Rome. After spending a lengthy vacation in Italy, we wanted one night in a beautiful hotel to end the trip. We reserved a double room and when we arrived it was a single room with 2 twin beds pushed together. When we called down they said someone would be up momentarily to give us a new key for the correct room. Instead, they separated the twin beds which still felt like the beds were together. The room was way too small for both beds. The rooftop looks better in photos and the food was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend with all the other beautiful options in Rome. We ended an amazing trip on a flat note and they were not helpful.
