Good area to access all sites from. Close to bus stops.

The location is AMAZING. The rooms are nice. The shower is tiny. The staff is very helpful (Tarek is Great!).

We had a fabulous time, I love this hotel and would definitely go back.

Location location location. The hotel will watch your bags after checking out so you can explore for free.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE MATTRESS WAS SMALLER THEN THE BOX. iT KIND OF HANG OVER.

Excellent customer service and location. The hotel staff is truly amazing.

Very centrally located. The AC in this hotel, as most of the one's we stayed in in Italy, really struggled to keep the room cool. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, they had a roof top breakfast with excellent views of the city.

The location is great! The hotel is walking distance to famous sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay again in this hotel and will highly recommend.

Good location, room was small, friendly staff will guide you if you are not around the area and will help you with any airline or shuttle questions you might have to and from airport.

The hotel as a whole was nice. They were still doing some remodeling, but nothing that got in the way. Our room was very modern and updated. My only complaint was the desk area was very small. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and well worth the money. This hotel is centrally location to just about every major attraction. The exception was the Vatican. That was the only place we took a taxi to. However we did walk back from it to hit a few smaller sites. Overall I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for 4 nights for our wedding anniversary. The location was perfect, close to the ruins. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again. Breakfast on the Terrace was the perfect way to start everyday!

Very convenient location, hotel is ok, overal i would go back

Staff was helpful and friendly, location was great, nice rooftop patio and bar. Rooms were clean and our room had been updated. We would stay here again.

We loved to stay at this hotel, it is very close to many attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff is very helpful. I just don't give five start rate because the beds were too hard for my back. Other than that I have no complaints.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location in Rome. The staff and especially the front desk staff were exceptional. all there recommendations for both food and things todo were great.

This hotel is centrally located with less than a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, the Forums, Colusseum and Pantheon. It is also a block from the Hop on, Hop off bus lines. Beds are comfortable, staff is accommodating. I look forward to returning here.

The only thing good about this hotel is location and size. It's not clean and smells bad. I would not recommend this hotel...

The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower tile grout was moldy. NOT 4-star hotel as advertised. Would not stay here again for this price.

Stayed at hotel 7-9 april 2016. Stayed in double room. Good comments from other reviews - ie great location - you can walk in any direction 10mins and get to major points of interest. I kept windows open when i was in room (temp at night was about 60 degrees) - I think the room really doesn't have AC, just a fan. Or the AC part isn't working until they turn it on for the building. No big deal for me but this isn't summer. Room size was actually fine. Bathroom had space as well. Just a few spots for setting things down. Shower was on the small size but not an issue for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me. I paid for the breakfast included. Overall happy with that. It's like a USA Hampton inn type setup - ie pastries/cereal/yogurt. A heated server for eggs/bacon/sausage/boiled eggs. Juice dispenser and a self serve coffee/espresso machine. Breakfast area was a little small/tight on seating so getting breakfast early might be a goal -- although I wouldn't say this was peak tourist season, was space/open seating when I was there, but was at 0745 in morning. Most tourist attractions open at 0830-0900 so breakfast may be busy this timeframe in the summer. Overall happy and would recommend this hotel, just heads up on the air conditioning.
