I liked the room service personnel and the cleaning staff.

Staff performed beyond call of duty especially the restaurant waiters. Room was nice but the shower needed improvement. Shower doors did not close properly and the shower basin did not drain well.

Very nice hotel and rooms but located in the middle of nowhere. The food wasn't that appetizing and the same menu was offered every day. If staying at this hotel, I suggest venturing out to eat at different locations. The pool area was nice although it cost 5 euros for an umbrella by the pool. Bring a travel iron as well since the hotel only has 2 in the entire facility.

Perfect clean Stuff was helping Every thing prepared before arriving to hotel

The photo shows there is a big outdoor pool which I didn’t see when visiting. I brought all my swimming gears for nothing. Can only use the spa pool with temperature set over 85 F which is way too high to swim.

Too far from city Also rooms look dated Extra resort charges

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel has great options for dining.

We had no issues hotel staff and services. I was disappointed with decor, and choice of materials that made it feel gaudy and tacky...from the broken tiles outside, red couches in lobby and the bad taste in finishes within the room. It’s a massive building, needs to be updated...in a neighborhood that feel abandoned.

on my recent trip to europe we stayed in 8 different hotels. this hotel is the only one that charges to use there jacuzzi or chairs and umbrellas by the pool or for wifi! very disappointed !

I was not pleased. I paid for a family room because i was travelling with my 2 teenage daughters. Upon check in i was advised that that the second need that i requested was already in the room. When we got to the room the was only one bed. I called the front desk to request the bed and it was never delivered. Very disappointing!!

This hotel is the typical big chain Marriot hotel. Huge lobby but not very inspirational or cozy, food is CRAZY expensive for the quality and menu options (by now, we know Rome has a lot to offer in terms of food at great prices), and it is not close to anything. We booked here because of the airport, but it is not even close to it, nor the city.

Best place to stay when in Rome. The commute to the City center is only about 20 minutes but well worth it. I highly recommend anyone traveling from abroad to stay here to get the full hotel experience like you were at home. This place has a great This place has a swimming pool for the kids and an exercise workout room for who ever wants to burn a few calories.

Very comfortable bed and gorgeous pool area! However, I feel parking and/or WiFi should be included with the stay.

Fantastic pool and convenient location to airport. Shuttle was very convenient to get us to airport, and reasonably priced.

We stayed her after abandoning a non-air-conditioned home rental when Rome reached 105 degrees. The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were bright, modern, and clean. We especially loved the restaurant/coffee bar service by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night before our return flight. The hotel is beautiful and pool area great. Many amenities offered. Our kids loved the pool area and there is a nice outdoor restaurant close to the pool for snacks and meals. It was a perfect ending to our Italy trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor problems and had to get the manager involved but once he got involved things were taken care of. It happens so no big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a hotel close to the airport. That's why we stayed here.

The service at this Hotel is great. The restaurant has decent food, but the full breakfast is very expensive, (27.5 Euros), but you can get a nice cappuccino for free.

Beautiful hotel, great pool, wonderful service and customer service.
