Rome Marriott Park Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor problems and had to get the manager involved but once he got involved things were taken care of. It happens so no big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a hotel close to the airport. That's why we stayed here.

The service at this Hotel is great. The restaurant has decent food, but the full breakfast is very expensive, (27.5 Euros), but you can get a nice cappuccino for free.

Beautiful hotel, great pool, wonderful service and customer service.

This is a great place to stay if you one full day between flights and just want to hang in the hotel. It's a 5 Euro shuttle ride from/to the airport, but about 15 minutes away. It's not in walking distance to anything, but the hotel does offer shuttle service to a local shopping area. I have stayed here three times and each time the room has been spacious, including the bathroom, beds super comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, the lobby is quite amazing.

I fly standby. After taking a wonderful cruise to the Mediterranean, we returned to Rome on a Saturday morning . Knowing that I cannot fly on the weekend standby, I searched for a hotel after leaving my family and friends. The Marriott spoke home to me. Even though I was in a foreign country, everything was perfect and I felt extremely comfortable as a single woman alone. The staff spoke perfect English and was very helpful in making me feel at ease. Everyone treated me extremely courteous and I felt very secure. I particularly appreciated the close proximity to Di Vinci airport where I tried to disembark on Sunday. The shuttle service was very efficient and affordable, but not complementary. I had to stay another night to secure a seat back to the states on Monday. I would without a doubt recommend this hotel to any Americans.

It is a good hotel to stay. I just stayed there for an overnight stay in between my flights. The hotel is good, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The location is a bit far from the airport. The commute by cab cost me EUR 60 to-and-fro, much higher than what I expect to pay for an airport hotel.

This is our second stay at the Rome Marriott and as usual our expectations were met.

We had a one day lay over in Rome and we booked our hotel here since it was rather close to the airport (approximately 15 minute ride). The staff was very nice the outdoor pool was beautiful and the rooms were well kept. Would come back again..

The most American type hotel I found in Rome. Very clean and modern. Would stay again.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant wonderful. The location is further from the airport than we'd like, and a shuttle cost 5 euros each for a 30-min. ride, but this was ideal as a stopover before a flight from Fiumicino Airport.

This was a lovely hotel, BUT IT WAS AT LEAST 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT!!!! Granted, I only searched Rome Airport and Marriott, but I don't even know why this came up... 8.5 miles away. We had to pay 15 EU per person to get a private shuttle to the hotel, although theirs that they provided in the morning was only 5 EU per person. In any case, I learned to be more careful about how far away the "airport hotels" really are. They were very nice when I got there though, and said it wasn't the first time this has happened.

After all those tiny hotel rooms elsewhere in Italy this place seemed utterly luxurious. Lots of marble, beautiful linens, nice lobby, very attentive front desk staff. Easy taxi ride to the airport.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous; however, it is not really close to Ancient Rome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff were helpful--yes, they speak English. I stayed here just for one night before flying out, so the location close to the airport was ideal. Enjoy

Generally nice hotel, but very big. Only two lifts working for hundreds of room. Check-in and Check-out took much too much time. Only two persons at counter. Needs to be changed

First: it was mistake with our prepaid room Second: staff changed it. Thank you. Three: excellent evening in nice italian restaurant

The hotel is well situated near the Metro A line and has a good selection of local restaurants, pizzerias, laundromat and church. The staff is very kind and speak English. The breakfast is incredible with a wide selection of food and Italian pastries.

The hotel is far from Rome but close to the airport; must take a shuttle into town about a 20 min ride. You have to go to a special location to catch the shuttle back to the hotel. If one wants to be in the center of town then this hotel is not for you. It however is beautiful, spacious with great service.

its great pool very large for a hotel and just one resturant so its limited if staying more then one nite

Especially if you want to be in the city, this is not the hotel to stay at. They do have a shuttle bus available- but doing it everyday and sign up process is taxing. It's a good conference hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with ample of space. However, the hotel does nickle and dime you to death. The internet in room is extra- at a hefty cost 22 euros for 24 hour usage seems a too much, 5 euros for a red bull, drinks at 12-14 euros, etc.. gets very expensive.
