We travelled in the Easter break 2018 . Family of 4 2 Children aged 11+14 . Well located apartment, 500 metres from Colosseum and reasonable selection of bars and Restaraunts . 10/15 min walk to tube that takes you directly to St Peters Square . The apartment was large and contemporary, beds comfortable . Has a lift and needed as we were in 6th floor (top floor) . Well equipped kitchenette if you wanted to self cater you could . Bathrooms have showers and one double bedroom and one twin , large sofa bed in lounge area if needed .Tv is primarily Italian , but not a concern . I would have given top ratings if it wasn’t for the only downside. We came in April and the weather was warm 20 degrees , the apartment advertises Airconditioning . What in fact you have is a centrally controlled system . Up until mid May, according to the manager , the system is set at Heating not Cooling . The apartment became very hot especially after a days walking around Rome . This couldn’t be rectified as the whole building has been set . We stayed for 4 days and had to keep the windows open and turn off the heating . This was the suggestion of the manager . I wouldn’t like to stay later in the month when temperatures can often hit 25 degrees . Whilst I understand this system is of great benefit and cost to the owners , it doesn’t think about the needs of paying guests . If the apartment hadn’t mentioned Air conditioning , or wasn’t labelled Luxury at the prices charged I would have let it go , but the comfort of the guests in my opinion should be paramount. A shame as given there is no outside balcony it meant the place was uncomfortable especially at night , and for most of the stay .

This apartment is in an excellent location. So very close to the Colosseum, you can walk it in less than 5 mins. The metro is close by too, no need to take a taxi from the airport, so easy to do yourself. We stayed for three nights in a two bed ground floor apartment and couldn’t fault it. We didn’t see any staff again after check in but we were left numbers to use should we need someone. The apartment was warn, clean and very well equipped. WiFi worked well too. We would definitely recommend and use again.

We stayed during the first week of janurary . We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Very good apartment. Clean. Big apartment. Good location. no parking. Staff is kind. Comunication with the staff is easy and clear. I recommend for families.

We are a family of six, myself, husband, father-in-law and our three children, 21,19 & 15. We were all absolutely thrilled with the large two bedroomed apartment. The bedrooms are really spacious, one ensuite and the second may as well be as the bathroom is right by the door. The living area is huge and so is the very comfortable sofa bed which my two daughters slept on. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. We only made hot drinks and used the fridge anyway. It’s location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk thru a park to the Colloseum & Forum and also one of the bus stops of the many tour buses in the city. Not a bad walk to the bus stop each morning, We loved everything about Rome and this lovely apartment certainly added to the experience. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, they booked our airport transfers for us which was hassle free and the same price I’d been quoted online. I would highly recommend a stay here - we all can’t wait to visit again.

The location of these apartments is nice, very close to the Colloseum, via a park route. Lots of nearby eateries shops, we spent there 3 nights and walked all of Rome. The staff was very nice and helpful on suggestions. The apartment we had was very spacious two bedroom two full bathrooms. Very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The only negative point is the area buildings have a lot, a lot of graffiti which made it scary to walk at night, and very poor lighting of the streets. But the apartments are very safe and beautiful for large groups or family.

We recently stayed here for four nights - family of six, in a two bedroom unit. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything. A grocery shop is just five minutes away and the Colosseum is only a ten minute walk away where you can also catch the various hop on hop off buses. The area is clean and quiet. Would stay here again. There is also clothes washing machine and dryer in unit as week as all kitchen appliances.

We are a family with two kids, 5 and 7, and had rented a one bedroom apartment. It was so nice. Just enough for us. We had apartment 9 and it had a big terrace, so would recommend it. The sofa bed is small, so not for grown ups I would say, but for kids ok. We got around everywhere by walking, you can find everything you need around the neighborhood.

We stayed in this big modern apartment in centre of Rome, heart of everything to visit. Big spacious, clean, my only complaint is as a family of 4 the second sofa/bed was on the living area, impossible watch tv, relax on the sofa,... kids needed to go to bed. Enjoy very much our staying thanks

Stayed with my wife and 2 teenage children for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Really spacious with effective and quiet air con in each room and free WiFi. Very quiet, good facilities in room and just a short walk through the park to the Colloseum. Also only 5 minutes to Metro which goes to Vatican. The only negatives were flat pillows and no English channels on TV. Would be good to have coffee making facilities. We were on 4th floor and I would be worried if we had young children with us, as windows opened fully and it was a sheer drop onto concrete below. Maybe should have railing outside window or limiters to stop them being opened fully.

We picked this apartment because of it's spaciousness and proximity to the Colloseum and other main attractions and it certainly didn't fail in that aspect. It is about a 5-10 min walk to the nearest metro station called Vittorio Emanuelle. The apartment is sleek and modern. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwahser, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. The apartment manager was quite helpful giving us good tourist information on day one as well as helping to book a return taxi to the airport. Because the apartments are arranged around a central courtyard, it can get quite noisy depending on who your neighbours may be. WiFi access is good in the apartments. Good for families who want the occasional self catering option. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend.
