As a couple who were out first thing in the morning until evening, we really can’t fault the apartment. It was clean, a perfect size for what we needed and well equipped. We never cooked in the property so can’t really comment on that but I can’t see why it would not have sufficed for us. The sofa and the bed were very comfy albeit the shower was a bit small but i am a bigger guy. My wife had no such issues! The check in was great and we were shown the apartment by Gladys who was very helpful! Communications throughout the booking were perfect. We will likely stay there again the next time we are in Rome!

Check in process was very friendly and efficient. Our apartment was extremely clean, and well set up with a very efficient kitchen. Apartment is only short 7 minute walk to the Colosseum.

Central, clean and spacious

The apartment was in a great location with great access to the main attractions and also the metro. It was clean and spacious. What let it down slightly was that it was fairly plain and bare. But if you want functional central accommodation, then this is a very good option for you.

Loved how close it is to everything, including attractions, groceries and restaurants. Had a really nice private patio and very quiet at night. Walkable to everything. We walked to the Vatican 5 km and back. Walked to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps then back to Colosseo Gardens ! It is 10 minute walk to the colosseum. Air conditioning is great and very clean.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. First, it above and beyond exceeded our expectations. The photos and descriptions underplay how nice these units are. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations on what to see, restaurants, stores…everything. When I come back to Rome I want to stay in this exact same place.

I'm inspired to move to Rome and live in these apartments specifically. SO central to everything, easy access to public transport (subway, bus, taxis). Area is quiet and feels safe, apartment is clean, spacious, beautiful, and with everything you need. Communication from owners/property managers is clear and immediate closer to your booking and during your stay. Would 100% book again.

First, we were checked in by the lady who was cleaning the room, with her wet gloves on, typing on the computer and touching our passports. She was rude to us from the start for no reason. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get the room. The sink and showerhead are in very bad condition and splash water everywhere. The dryer doesn't function. The walls are dirty. You only get one set of towels, no scott towels or tissues, no housekeeping included. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe and close to supermarket but it was far from the popular attractions in Rome, we needed 2 busses to get anywhere in the city. It is located on top of a hill so no matter which bus we took, we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to get back to the apartment.

A Gem near the Coliseum

The home is very clean and has a washer to wash some clothes. The beds are comfortable and the Air Condition was great….it is walking distance to the coliseum and for the train station it’s about a 15 min walk. It’s about a 7 min walk to bus stops that can take you all around Rome

Great spot for five nights in Roma. Clean and tidy. Easy comms over what’s app. Quiet location but within 5 minutes you are in the bustle of Ancient Rome. Small kitchenette allowed us to freeze our water bottles, a must in the 35 degree summer heat!

Excellent family apartment in Rome

The stay at the Colloseo Hotel was very good. Spacious and clean apartment . Communication with staff prior to arrival was effective and swift. The hotel is a a good money for value accomodation. Very suitable for families with 2 or 3 kids. The area of the hotel is quiet and secure. The nearest metro station is about a 10 min walk The Colosseum is situated 700 meters from the apartment. The property also offers shuttles from and to the international airport

Perfect for our family

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. It had AC and even a washer/dryer. This is an apartment complex that makes you feel very safe. The caretaker, Precious, is super helpful. The location is also perfect. Walking distance from the Colosseum and an uber ride away from all else. We highly recommend this property.

I stay at this place every time on my annual Rome trip. It’s in a great location close to the Colosseum, restaurants etc. The property is very comfortable and well maintained. The check in and on-site personnel are fantastic.

Great place to stay.

There was a huge contract to read and sign including having to take out the trash and clean the room before you left. Which I didn't appreciate. The apartment was amazing in all ways. I can't really say anything bad about it. The staff were reachable and kind and it felt super safe.
