Excellent central location. Close to all sites! Staff was excellent. The safe in the room didn’t work, neither did the WiFi, unfortunately. Everything else though was great though.

Tiny is the word that comes to mind. This is an older property, super accessible, and mostly clean. I would say it is basic housing (somewhere to sleep and shower) while you are out all day enjoying the city.

There was a faucet leak in the bathroom from day 1 of our checkin that never got fixed during our 6 night stay. Front desk tried to reach the director to address this. The director never replied. Front desk asked me (guest) to email the director. We never heard back. Each time the sink was used there was a leak and they put a bucket under the sink. Do not recommend staying here.

The staff was beyond kind and very helpful! They arranged everything for us before our arrival and our room was ready about an hour after our plane arrived! Such a wonderful, beautiful place with delicious breakfast options! Served IN THE ROOM, it definitely felt extra special and luxurious. Such a beautiful area of Rome to be in!

Whenever I go to Rome I stay here. It’s convenient and easy access to restaurant, church, stores (high end to inexpensive stores). The only disadvantage, hard to get a ride for too many people walking. However, I don’t let that stop me from staying here.

We had a great stay at Boutique Centrale Palace! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise for such a central location. It’s in a super convenient spot — we walked everywhere: the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, Colosseum, and Spanish Steps were all within reach. The hotel is right on a lively street full of shops and restaurants, so there’s always something to do nearby. It was especially nice being able to pop back into the hotel throughout the day to take breaks from the heat. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and the toiletries provided were also really good quality. Would definitely stay here again for the comfort and unbeatable location!
