Great hotel, in a way. Right on the beach. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Right by a marina. Close to some good restaurants. But the area just behind it is run down. Stay on the main road, marina, or beach in front of the hotel.

Dated hotel in a run down neighborhood. Terrible quality for how much they charge. For the same money you can stay in a much better hotel in Rome. Beds were small and uncomfortable, AC didn’t work. Room/bathroom were not clean. 2 star hotel at best while it’s advertised as a 4 star. Really was far from pictures.

Hotel is near beach, modern and clean. From balcony, we had nice view to sea. Hotel staffs were helpful. Also, hotel rented us beach towel, ⛱️ and bed. It made our stay easy and nice.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony overlooking the water for free and had late check out available. If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! The staff was so nice and were so helpful.

We’ve stayed in several hotels across Italy and never once had any issues with the AC. The receptionist told us it was illegal for them to turn it on until a certain date, but every other hotel we stayed at happily accommodated us. It was 78 degrees in our room at night, and we’re from a very cold climate…. We couldn’t sleep at all. We attempted to open the door to balcony which was a few feet away from a building in very rough shape, and on that side they had their balcony open and proceeded to yell and scream all night one night, and then had sex on the balcony the next night….. then theirs the mosquitos! The entire property had mosquitos everywhere. Then the property… the lights in our room would flicker on and off all night, and half the outlets didn’t work. One elevator was broke and they just slid a chair in front of it. Forcing you to go up the elevator in the opposite tower, and having to walk across a breezeway that was held together with prayer and tiny screws, and at one point a board popped up and my wife almost fell through. I recommend staying anywhere else but here unless they get some much needed work done. Don’t trust the pictures. It’s not what they portray!
