Being own lotion. Shampoo. The upper room was 4 flights of stairs. We moved to a smaller room with one flight. Close the outside shutters to keep the disco noise down.
Staff was very nice.

For American travelers, the quality of the room is not up to standard. Room was clean, but unappealing. Access to your room was tiresome. You had to turn in your key every time you left. Upon return, you had to ring a bell and wait on the street until someone let you in. I extended my stay in Rome an extra day and moved to a new hotel of higher quality and self-access 24/7.

Staff were efficient, we liked being able to leave the key so we didn’t have to worry about losing it while we were out. Room was really clean and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the Colosseum which was a beautiful place to sit in the evenings, 20 minutes by foot from Termini station and less than 10 minutes to walk to the BEST sandwich shop.

The hotel is located right across the street from the Colosseum so it makes it easy to navigate most of the city. Many restaurants and shops around or walking distance. The hotel is very basic but it’s clean and offers the basic necessities if you’re looking for something a little bit more posh, this is not the place for you, but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, that’s clean and comfortable than it checks the boxes. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage you do have to carry them up flight of steps all in all it’s great and can’t complain too much about it. The staff took really good care of me was very friendly and there’s 24 hour staff available.
Great location across the street from the Colosseum. Very friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend. No elevator, so we stayed on 1st floor (2nd) but they carried our luggage for us Senior ladies.

The hotel itself is nicer than it seems it is online. The front desk is available 24 hours, which is rare for Italy. They let us check our bags at 9 am and check in at 10- which is super nice. There are no elevators and they don’t help you bring up your bag, so be prepared to carry your bag to the third floor . However, the room was nice and the bathroom was too. The location is incredible!!! It’s loud at night, but what do you except for being in such a prime location? Definitely recommend
Our room with a full size bed and bunk beds was perfect for our family of four, including 6 and 7 year olds. The room was clean and had a great view. The location was perfect for our early morning tour of the the Coliseum and was close to restaurants, a supermarket, and bus stops.
Konum temizlik rahatlık güvenlik harika. Kolezyum um hemen yanında her yere yakın ulaşım çok kolay çok beğendim

Good location right across from the coliseum. NO elevator so you have to drag your bags up to the third floor. Staff was great and lots of dining options in the immediate area.
Road and bars are very noisy till late. Overall good location.

Location is great. Rooms are okay - clean but small. You have to leave your room key with the front desk every time you go out with is strange. Its a convenient hotel near the Colosseum for a short stay, but if youre staying in Rome for a longer period of time, I would find a little nicer hotel.

Every thing was great , the only problem was related to elevator , there is no elevator on this building and it’s hard to go up by stairs specially to 3rd floor .
Excellent location in relation to the colosseum and a range of very good restaurants and bars. The front desk employee during the day could not have been more helpful and cordial.
However, they advertise a 24 hour front desk service, but upon our arrival in the evening the night worker told us he would lock the door at midnight and was overtly hostile about us getting back late - it wouldnt be a problem if they just didnt advertise themselves as open 24 hours, even on their own website. He was also clearly there at the reception all night so we didnt understand what the problem was - assumed he simply didnt want to have to do anything post midnight.
Also you have to leave your keys at the reception when you leave the hotel, including to your room which feels strange. Obviously most hotels have master keycards anyway so can get into your room regardless but at least you arent locked out if the staff arent around to let you back in.
Overall Id say acceptable if you have kids or arent someone that goes out late, but Romes nightlife with its restaurants open late and rooftop bars etc means that if you really want to experience the city fully the door policy makes this venue less optimal.

Pros- great location with a view of the colosseum from the room. Helpfull staff. Very nice and clean room.
Cons-located above several bars and music was playing until 2-3am. Very difficult to get any sleep. Also you have to turn your room keys in everytime you leave and stop by the desk again when you get back to get them.

No lift in hotel. Quite noisy as on main street. Light stayed on in room. Wifi very poor
However very clean rooms and friendly staff, amazing location
4 floors with luggage and no elevator was a bit much. The staff did help though. They were very helpful with taxis and information. Very pleasant too. VERY well positioned in the ancient town.
The property is extremely run down and smells of sewage. Could use extensive renovations, fresh paint, etc.
The front desk staff are either rude ot creepy depending on who you get.
The only redeeming factor is its location.
Great place to stay in the heart of Rome. This was our first trip there and to be able to wake up to a view of the Colosseo everyday is amazing. Very clean, staff are helpful and you have easy access to everything, many things are within walking distance. There are a few hidden gems for breakfast and evening meals on the streets behind the property which are priced well and serve fantastic food and coffee.
The only small issue is that the bar underneath tends to stay open until 2am and you can slightly hear the music, but we we’re directly above the bar and it didn’t bother us (when we were home before 2am at least).
Great little authentic spot right in the heart of Rome, we’ll definitely be back.
