Staff needs to be friendlier. Only one pillow per bed provided. Location is not ideal. No milk provided for coffee on the room. When asked at reception, they never sent it.

The staff was excellent and very attentive the property was clean and shopping is very close but the proximity of center city is not very convenient it takes about 30 - 40 minutes to take a taxi
