Carlos and Flavia from the front desk were very nice and take care of us. Room were confortable and clean. I was surprised about the building itself. It looks nicer than the pictures in Orbitz. Overall in our short stay we felt like home.
Far from all the attractions, in fact some taxis refused to take us there. It is in a residential area so nowhere nearby to eat, shop or visit. Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to be helpful. Everything was clean but small things like replacing the used cups in the bathroom were haphazard. No fan or non functional fan in the bathroom meant that even a fast shower (2-3 minute) created an unsafe space since the floor is smooth tile. Wallpaper peeling (edges), loose tile outside, poor exterior lighting and peeling ceiling paint in he lobby. Great bartender, she remembered us after one order! Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.
