Magnifica ubicación

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado 4 días de Semana Santa allí, y la verdad ha sido una experiencia magnífica. Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, y su terraza, las vistas son espectaculares, y la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La decoración de la casa está cuidada y muy bien. Por destacar algo no tan bueno sería que el salón es pequeño para más de tres personas y no tiene mesa interior para comer o cenar.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with the best view you could hope for! A few minutes away from Colesseo station so journey from the airport was a breeze. Fully equipped kitchen - we had everything we needed. Check in and check out procedure was a breeze due to the delightful Nikki.

C’était exactement comme sur les photos! Aucune surprise à l’arrivée, l’hébergement n’était tout à fait prêt mais on nous a permis de déposer nos valises sans aucun problème. Emplacement de choix avec une vue magnifique sur le Colisée et le Palatin. Grande terrasse bien aménagée permettant de relaxer après la journée. Je retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The photos don't do it justice, the apartment is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The rooftop veranda is stunning. The location is ideal as well. The host communicated very well leading up to and throughout our visit. I have nothing but good things to say about it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop access was a wonderful perk for great views. Lots of space in the unit, comfortable beds, and close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The owner was great and was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible rooftop with incredible view in a fantastic location near Colosseum, metro stop, grocery store great shopping and Monti restaurants. Michelangelo’s horned Moses tomb for St Peter is practically next door and of course so is the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Laundry onsite and great welcome from Nikki. This is an amazing property. We loved our beautiful Colosseum view every night as well as beautiful view of Tome and Victor Emmanuel II monument. We loved our stay and highly recommend this incredible property!

We loved our week in this beautiful flat. The location was perfect! The Colosseum is your backdoor neighbor and the sunrise greets your kitchen window every morning. The rooftop patio is enormous; green parakeets were a daily treat. Having a washing machine to do laundry was a nice treat. Nikki was fantastic! I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to return.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is in an unbeatable location—right next to the Colosseum with a truly jaw-dropping, once-in-a-lifetime view. The space itself is roomy, comfortable, and felt really special from the moment we walked in.Our hosts were great. They helped us with our bags (even though there’s an elevator), and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We needed a few extra items for the kitchen, and they supplied them immediately without any hassle. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but perfectly workable—and honestly, the incredible view more than makes up for it.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome!

Great place! Super clean, beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was easy next to metro and we walked a lot of places too. Home was exceptional! The terrace and the view from the terrace was beyond expectations. The host was there to greet us and show us around the home. The location was perfect for what we had planned. Was a 5 minute walk to the colosseum and Forum. The home was historic and well kept. Showers and beds were great. Bed was very comfortable . Felt very safe here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Rome! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

The apartment is centrally located and all important sights were walkable. The apartment has an elevator that gets you up six floors but the last floor is two flights of stairs which we were aware of but they are steep with low head clearance for anyone over six feet tall. Nicky the housekeeper was most helpful in explaining things and helping us with the washing machine. The kitchen is small. There is really only two bedrooms that are enclosed, the third is open to several areas and would be most suitable for children not adults. Overall I would say that we enjoyed the apartment and if we were 20 years younger we would have liked it even more.
