We stayed here for our honeymoon for 10 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff speak English and offer great service whether you need directions, advice on restaurants, get smaller denominations in euros, getting a taxi, etc, etc. great service overall. The hotel is clean and has plenty of outlets for your devices. The hotel is centrally located and within short walking distance to many sights. The roof top bar is great for late night drinks or food. We opted for the breakfast everyday, and glad we did. They offer a large variety of breakfast items, to include made to order omelets. The spread is excellent, as is the service. Melinda was the manager at breakfast and greeted us every day, and anticipated our tea, cappuccino, and breakfast needs. She always makes you feel welcome and accommodating and happily answers questions, give recommendations, and directions. We came home our first night and the hotel left a bottle of Prosecco and some treats to say happy honeymoon. Very nice touch. There is a lot to be said about the little details that Mae it worth while. Overall is was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location of the Pantheon hotel. This Marriott property is about 2-3 blocks from the Pantheon and 4-5 blocks from the Trevi Fountain. Both of these are easy to get to if you are waiting to check in. There are several Restaurants right outside the hotel and even more on the walk between the Pantheon and Trevi. The hotel is about 1.5-2 miles from Roma Termini train station which is about a 10 Euro taxi ride. The rooms are a nice size and have amazing technology. In your room there is a device called Manet that you can use to make calls on when you are outside the hotel, and it is a GPS so you don’t have to burn your cellular data on Google maps as you navigate the city. Rome is a walking city, so this is a nice touch. The wifi is also free with a good signal. You get free water, coffee, and tea, but they also have a well stocked paid room bar. Plenty of outlets for charging and you can charge via USB, so you don’t need to bring 220 plugs. The bed is a little hard, but not unbearable. I have found when staying in cities with old buildings that are close together that you can hear everything. This hotel is no different, so you should turn on your white noise when trying to sleep. They also have room service and an onsite restaurant.
Wonderful little hotel, new, modern and clean in the heart of all the Rome attractions. Very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Novona. Great roof top bar and restaurant to see the whole city and not be down on the crowded street. The staff were very helpful and directed us to great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when our travels take us back to Rome.
Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights.Very well appointed hotel right in the centre of every thing including good restaurants.Very modern rooms with very tasteful appointments.Staff was very helpful and professional.As the hotel is in middle town it does not have a big lobby area.But in services were very good.
We loved this hotel - clean and modern. Great linens and bed, bathrobes and really good hair dryer. Great for walking to all of the sites. The upstairs deck is amazing and a wonderful respite after a long day of adventuring. The breakfast looked nice, I think the buffet was about $35 although we didn't get it. If the pricing works out I would add it when you book your room. We ended up paying $20 for 4 coffees.

We stayed here 18-22 October and this was a mother-daughter (11 years) trip to Rome. This hotel is beyond perfection for ideal location. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful, with an amazing terrace where we ate breakfast every morning with the magnificent view of rooftops of Rome, even Pantheon. Nice music playing every time. Room was very comfortable and very well kept. Best thing of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and happy. There were good vibes all across the hotel. I would return without a doubt next time in Rome.
As a Marriott reward member for many years, we deliberately selected this hotel for service and comfort. The hotel was in a great location very close to all of the famous landmarks including the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain to name a few. The hotel has been open for a year so it is still shiney and new. Our room was on the third floor. It was small which made it difficult to have two suitcases open - my husband had to unpack his clothes and put them in the closet. The room was well appointed but a makeup mirror would have made it better. A very nice breakfast was included each day and the service was great. We had a few problems with responsiveness to simple requests and daily room cleaning but the hotel manager Virginia and the Restaurant Manager were very quick to help. The rooftop lounge is one of their best features although the food and drinks were expensive but very good.
This hotel is brand new (2018 open) so the rooms/bathrooms/facilities are very nicely apportioned. The staff are wonderful from the folks on the terrace restaurant to the bellman and front desk staff. They took great care of us and we would return in a heartbeat on our next trip! The location is excellent with walks of 15 minutes to the Forum, 25 minutes to St. Peter's Square and 1 minute to the Pantheon. The views from the rooftop terrace for both breakfast and evening drinks are beautiful. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and a great property.
This was one of the nicest/coolest hotels we've stayed in. Every little detail was thought out. The room was incredible - extremely comfortable beds, Acqua di Parma toiletries, Nespresso machine, little balcony with a view, tv that rose out of the footboard). The rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice. We had a drink in the evening with the most incredible view. Breakfast was up there as well, and was an amazing spread. They even had non-pork charcuterie, which is a rarity in Italy. The guy at reception who checked us in was also very nice, took time to explain the immediate area when he found out it was our first time in Rome, etc.
