About this property

Stylishly furnished apartment in the heart of Pigneto for short- and long-term stays

The apartment is extremely functional; it has everything you need for a few days’ vacation in Rome, but also for a longer stay.
The 1930s building, typical of the area, does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the third floor, but it’s worth it.
It’s very quiet since it overlooks the Villini del Pigneto neighborhood.
It’s located 600 meters from the Pigneto metro station.
The neighborhood still has an authentic atmosphere; home to artists and students, it served as the film set for *Accattone*, one of Pasolini’s masterpieces. Here you can enjoy neighborhood life and reach all the city’s main attractions in no time.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.

Very well

Great experience, very clean place and easy access to the center of Rome, close to bus lines that leave there. We had a question and the host promptly prepared to solve it. Note 10!
