Cozy and functional apartment located on the second floor of a 19th-century building (no elevator). Perfect for a couple (or family) who want an intimate and well-organized environment, this space offers everything you need to live comfortably.

Loft with Double Bed
The apartment features an elegant loft that houses a comfortable double sofa bed. The easily accessible loft creates a separate and cozy sleeping area.

Living Room
The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa (also bed), a coffee table, dining table and desk (ideal for working), is a perfect area to relax after a long day; an ideal setting for watching TV or reading a good book.
