Excellent property. Spacious and well styled rooms. Kitchen has everything you need and the pots/pans are in new condition. Double windows completely block out any street noise. Excellent hot water and water pressure. AC in main living area and bedroom worked exceptionally well. Very little noise from hallways. Pay laundry facilities on lower level. Friendly staff for check in. Short walk from the Termini train station. Large grocery store two blocks away. Easy access to Hop on Off busses or metro. Having a kitchen helped us save money by having breakfast in, late lunch while out exploring then a small dinner in. Can’t recommend this accommodation enough and would stay again in a heart beat.

Property was very clean and safe. Very close to two embassies which had Italian military personnel assigned to the street corners 24 hours a day. Very close to a metro stop and coffee shop. The only real problem was a clear lack of instructions on how to operate the AC system. Finally found a remote control nearby but the batteries were dead. The shower was quite small but overall the property was a great value. Definitely would recommend.

Great location and lovely apartments

We loved our reservation. If you are travelling with a toddler, location is very important. It’s 6 min walk away from the train station (Roma Termini). You wont have to carry your luggage very long. Everything is about 30 min walks away (Trévi Fountain, Coliseum, Spanish steps, etc) or 15 min in cabs.

Nice Apartment

Very comfortable apartment with nice living area and comfortable bed, only disappointment was tiny shower. We traveled with another couple and they had a nicer bathroom/shower at the same rate. The location was very convenient to Termini, but most key tourist destinations were too long a walk in the searing August sun. Visit to Villa Borghese was the highlight in the area. Building has a nice courtyard that we enjoyed wine and snacks each night.

This apartment was really great and the owners/operators, Julia and Anna were very organized, responsive, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here! And will stay here again myself if I'm in Rome again. Pros: - Spacious apartment with three separate rooms (two bedrooms and a living room) and a kitchenette. - Very clean - Air Conditioners on each room and they worked great! - Very responsive and professional owners/operators who speak English very well! - Functional kitchenette with a stove top, fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave - Elevator in the building - Beautiful views out of the windows - Close to a metro station (use Castro Pretorio, NOT Termini!!) - Close to a few good supermarkets (Conad City and Pam local) Cons: - Seems to be located right on the edge of a bad area but you can mostly avoid that if you do not go towards the Rome Termini train and metro station. - Not located in the center of touristy part of Rome. So, for Coliseum and other central Rome areas, you should consider taking a metro or a taxi. It's be a long walk there from this apartment (35-40 minutes). Metro is very quick (Blue line) and only costs 1.5 euro or you can buy a Roma Pass or unlimited rides pass.

A Perfect Gem in Rome

The apartment was fantastic and had every possible accommodation needed for our stay. The host was so informative and attentive and really made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the Rome Termini train station. Although it is centrally located, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were excellent.
