Arranged for a ride from FCO airport. Nice driver, scenic drive into the city. Fabulous location with balcony halfway up Spanish steps. Helpful staff for logistics and sightseeing. Surprisingly centrally located for Borghese Gardens as well as Vatican. We are walkers but it was very easy to just stroll (with map in pocket just in case). Only 3 Metro stops to train station for Firenze. We’ll dream of coming back until we do. Gracie!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Our room looked out at The Spanish Steps and the view was wonderful! The room was immaculate and the staff was very nice! I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Rome!

This hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps and in fact our large balcony looked out over the steps. Our room was modern and clean. The bathroom was large with a beautiful walk in shower and modern lightning. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating in person and by email. They arranged our pickup from the airport and transport to the port. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location to everything Rome !

This location is extraordinary, convenient and beautiful. Train station next street down less than football field away. Walking distance to so many must see places or a taxi ride to everything else on your must see list. Train station makes day trips further away so easy to do! This location has crowds during day on steps and basilica but evenings are glorious. Instrumental music piped in through area and bells of church … great atmosphere. Staff are so kind and helpful. Wonderful stores and shops high and as well as casual stores. Restaurants on every street for outdoor cafe eating. Rooms are stylish and charming. Stayed in two rooms at this location and both just charming!
