I did receive our bottle of wine the next day only after I asked. Breakfast was originally included when I reserved this room for over 331$ per night. Then Matteo told me breakfast was 15 euro per person, after I read 20 euro per person. Only one cup of coffee Bed blanket was old and fabric pilling. I was grossed out by it, but he was not around for me to get a clean fresh blanket . The bed curtains were dusty and needed to be washed. It was not a VIP room at all!! The body wash was scent of mens fragrance. the dark red old brocade drapery fabric with stains. It was a big disappointment. And it was more expensive than our VIP hotel in Anacapri!

This was the worst stay of my life. Most amenities they claim to offer are false. There is no deli/coffee bar. There is no room service. There is no laundry -- staff laughed at me because I believed laundry facilities to be on site - I had to walk a couple of blocks away. Also, the rooms are not sound proofed.

The whole experience was wonderful! Our room was exceptional. The roof top bar was awesome. They have a very cool old elevator that takes you from the ground level to the hotel level. Really a great experience. Matteo and his team was awesome. We even met his mother who helped him run the desk one day. All great people. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location for a quick visit to Rome

I visited Rome in July and spent two nights at Navona Queen Rooftop. The room was clean and quiet and close to great restaurants and tourist attractions. The only constructive comment I have was that in my room deal there was a wine bottle included but I never received one even though I mentioned it when checking in. They claimed that it wasn't included.

Our stay at Navona Queen was perfect. Not only is it in a great location in the city, but the staff were all so kind and helpful, the bar on the rooftop was great, the view amazing. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean, and there are tons of good restaurants all around. Highly recommend!
