I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to many attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also good with a nice variety of options. However, the receptionist Emanuel was not very friendly and did not provide much information about the WiFi, breakfast, or general hotel details — I had to ask everything myself. On the positive side, the other lady at the reception was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Overall, despite the small inconvenience at check-in, the hotel itself was nice and I would consider staying again.

We love our staying at Napoleon Hotel, traveling from America our flight was early and when we arrived to the hotel they allowed us to check in early. It’s just steps from the metro and only a 7-minute walk from Termini train station.

Wonderful stay. The room is large and comfortable and incredibly clean. There are a lot of stairs but the elevators work well and are quick. The staff is efficient. They can organize transfer to the airport for you, which was helpful. Seriously, though, the room. It was so bright and clean and the beds were nice. No sofa beds, no family of four crammed into a tiny space. It was WONDERFUL.

Breakfast buffet selection & employee, Noel J. highlighted our stay! Compared to the ITA Airways Lounge at FCO Airport, the breakfast buffet selection at the Napoleon had far more to offer. Noel & crew were welcoming, overly accommodating, attentive to our needs, very diligent, prompt & consistently pleasant especially during a busy time when guests are in a rush to eat & go. Dining area remained clean. We were always seated right away. Food selection were always well stocked.
