The staff was friendly and helpful, but the accommodations were wanting. When I first tried to check in, the air conditioner in my room was broken, so they sent me to another hotel for a night. One of their staff escorted me there, which was nice. And when I returned the next morning, I was able to get into my room. They gave me tickets to access thei wifi, which I learned was not normally free. As a four star hotel, your wifi should be free. The hotel was in a decent location; it's easy to walk to many sights. The included breakfast was ok, but should be improved for a four star hotel. On my last day, there was no hot water. This place is more of a 2 or 3 star property.

Recommended hotel! Placed a minute walking from termini station, which connect you directly wherever you want to travel. Nice staff, clean and room

The hotel is a very short walk from Termini train station. The room was small, but not smaller than expected, clean and in good repair. Two problems: despite requesting a non-smoking I got one people had definitely been smoking in (though it was faint), and despite being promised a courtyard room I was facing the street. Which was LOUD. I like the windows open, but not there. Morning breakfast is a bit above average, not stellar, for a European hotel. The desk staff was very helpful, aside from addressing the room issues (I don't think they had any other rooms to offer). This is a good location for the train station (which includes a Metro station), lots of restaurants near the hotel. 15 minutes' walk to the Coliseum and Forum, a bit farther to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. but definitely walkable. Not as elegant as the Via Veneto, but not as pricey, either. Price was reasonable. You can pay less, but may get less. On the other hand, I did not take advantage of the exercise room, nor the evening rooftop bar (which is also where breakfast is served).

Very nice, comfortable room in a great location (right near the train station) with a nice breakfast. The room description was misleading and made it seem that wifi was included, which it is not.

We had paid for Internet use. This should be free of charges. Breakfast are good for us. Location is convenient. I like overall services.

Rome is fairly large so if you want a hotel near Temini Station, this is the one. Best Breakfast in Town! The staff was helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is not the best but you can certainly find a decent bar and place to eat. If I ever go back to Rome, I will stay here.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 euro taxi ride to the Vatican, walking distance to Colliseum and many restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Rooms are decent size, however smelled like spoiled wine. This was our first time to Rome and we had hoped for a lot of help from the Concierge, however the front desk staff would only recommend their exclusive partner for tours, otherwise they would not/could not help. We were able to find private tours by just showing up at the Colliseum. In our opinion, private tours are a must to truly understand and maximize the experience.

Hotel was nice, two beds pushed together for a bed is not very comfy though. nice room, shower curtain was not a shower curtain though, and quite irritating to come out of shower with a floor full of water. Nice location, wanted to stay 2 extra days, they said at front desk they do not have anymore rooms, [...] so we changed hotels, and to a nicer one around the corner, the Mossimo

Good location, night staff spoke poor english so we waited till morning. We always try to book hotel with breakfast for convenience and savings--we were not disappointed--good breakfast. Booked all tours before we left due to the exchange rate. Take euros with you as many places do not take credit cards. Very good selection of restaurants close so after a full day of walking eating is easy!!

It was a nice and clean hotel that is close to the main station. Some of the amenities that are given in the hotel description are not free, e.g. internet access and sauna. The only thing that was free was breakfast. Also, bring your own shower soap. The hotel's bars of soap are really tiny. I would recommend this hotel. It is very close to restaurants.

The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English, the room was small, not very cool even though we used the air conditioning. The location was great! Easy walking distance to all attractions and special touring companies.

Very enjoyable stay.......

The hotel was located a short walk from the Termini station and next to a grocery store and two "take out" kind of restaurants where you could get some reasonably priced pasta and pizza dishes that you could eat there or take back to the hotel room. The grocery store was also a great place to buy water and basic food items that were cheap and quick to eat like salads, coldcuts and snacks. The breakfast was excellent and filling with the best coffee we'd have had. On the other hand, the room was quite small, with an almost non-existant window facing a wall. The bathroom didn't have a real shower curtain and the air conditioning was just adequate. The service was somewhat friendly and helpful, depending on who was at the desk. They were quick to offer the tours and taxis and a little less enthusiastic when asked about the bus and metro system. It would have been really enjoyable to have a pool to cool off in after a long hot day of walking, but with its location and complimentary breakfast, it was a good place to be.

Hotel was conveniently located to the train station which made arrivals and departures to the airport and other cities quite convenient.
