The property was in a good location. There were few amenities. Included breakfast was in a different sister hotel. But most of all the air conditioners did not work. It was musty. The beds were average but clean. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was somewhat disappointed in this hotel.

The property is located in walking distance of everything!! A 20 minute walk can get you to every major attraction like the Vatican, Coliseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and even helped us with transportation arrangements. Even though we had to go to another establishment for breakfast (wich was included) it was less than 6 minutes and it was very good.

Breakfast has a good selection in Navona Street hotel. Appreciate packed breakfast delivered the night before. Nespresso machine in the common area is nice. Air conditioning is good. Inconvenient - Stairs from front door to reception with luggages. Location is quite a walk to some attractions; right across Tiber river. Staff are helpful.

This place was a really good value, but it'd be a stretch to call it a 9+ sort of place. The annex is a bit unwelcoming to arrive at and you feel like you're staying in a room in an apartment building, not in a cozy BnB or a hotel. There are really any amenities and it isn't especially aesthetic. Again: Good value, very kind staff, but not an especially amazing place.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff were especially responsive and very helpful with storing luggage and transportation needs. Breakfast was a short walk away at their sister hotel and was very good. Room was clean, daily towel changes. Looks like a recent renovation. Bathroom very modern. They had an old fashioned lift to get upstairs although there was a flight of stairs that you had to go up to get to the main floor. Location was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location, staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. They brought us breakfast to the room the night before as we had an early start and the hot tub was something else. Perfect after a day walking around Roma. I brought the birthday package so chilled Prosecco, amazing cake, candle, lighter and balloons were waiting for us. Best place to stay in Roma. To top it off the Giro D’italia cycled past us so we took out drinks outside to watch. Perfect 10/10

An adorable place with a fantastic location. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was sure to tell us about a road race the next day that would have ruined our ability to get to the airport with our rental car had we not known about it. she was SO helpful and went above and beyond to go outside and speak with police about potential road closures. the room was clean and was everything we needed. the bed was comfortable. thank you for a great stay! We will be back.
