We have no kitchen, the AC was turned off when we went out during the day. The service horrible, they didn't clean the room and they didn't provide toilet paper or new towels daily. No person in the reception to talk to. Horrible place to stay. The only thing good was the surroundings.

Nice apartment. Primary bedroom has very firm mattress. Conditioner in the shower and a box of keenix would be a nice touch. One set of keys for our group was sometimes challenging with coming and going and different scheduled. Overall nice stay, good location.

I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked 2 bedroom executive apartment and I got moved. I had no kitchen, coffee, sitting area, or terrace. Luckily we had two bathrooms but one door handle broke and locked us out. I did like the staff who let us store our luggage during the day.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But too many stairs to climb amd no elevator at Via del Babuino 70 Comfort Rooms. 75 stairs to climb at the end of every day after sightseeing in Rome is a lot. Fortunately we have no knee problems. But if your knees are not strong, or you have any heart condition or are over age 65, make sure your room is on the 2nd floor!

Our unit was cute and cozy. I’m not sure if it was stated in the write up and the bathroom was an en-suite to the bedroom. We were a couple and a friend traveling so did not like that combo. The neighborhood was more quiet, 10 min walk to more action. They have you pay a separate cleaning fee (70 euro) on arrival which should be included in the nightly rate..

Great stay for a family of 5

Great location, clean and modern furnishings. There is a walk up the stairs. Were greeted at check in and she was efficient and helpful! Would recommend.

Aqui era ptra dirección diferente a lo q expedia envio. No avia nadie que ayudara. Para el check out no habia nadie tampoco. El estacionamiento no era de ellos era lejos y de otra gente, no cuenta 20 el dia si no 23
