The hotel does not have an airport shuttle as stated in the description. The elevator (lift) is VERY small. It’s about the size of a bathroom stall. There was a step down in our room that had no caution or warning sign. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Most of the staff were friendly and the neighborhood odds walkable.

Great location

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend trying the breakfast it was a highlight. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to the station. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night if your room faces the street. Cars and people passing by made it a little difficult to sleep. Also, I’d recommend using caution when walking in the area late at night. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Easy walk from the Roma Termini to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged private transfer for us to the port of Civitavecchia for our cruise. There is a great authentic trattoria right across the street from the hotel. Delicious food and great service.
