Staff are very condescending and rude. You either have a floor with a working vending machine or ice machine. Pool was under construction in late July. All rooms do not have mini fridges. Ac does not work properly in the rooms. This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel more like 2 stars at best, stop misleading people and false advertising!!
AC and toilet did not working. After multiple calls they came and fixed the toilet but the AC still did not work properly. It was so hot in the room which made it extremely hard to sleep. Very uncomfortable. They didn’t have any other rooms available either, they provided two fans which were weak and didn’t help at all. We had no other choice but to stay in that room. Wouldn’t recommend this.

I have stayed here in the past and have always had a positive experience. However, this time it was not a pleasant experience at all! The servers in the bar area were rude and acted annoyed when I wanted to order a coffee, drink or meal. I was nervous to ask to be honest! The AC barely worked (I was on the 6th floor) and I woke up covered in sweat. The overall temperature in the room reminded me of a swamp. Lastly, please invest in some more chaise lounges for the pool area. People were fighting over chairs!
Beautiful pool area with comfy chaise lounge chairs! All rooms have AC and modern bathrooms. Gluten free items available for breakfast and on regular menu did lunch/dinner.
The staff went above and beyond in the hotel to meet my needs. However the restaurant needs to hire more people who understand that tourists expect to have someone take their order within 5-10 mins of sitting down, not 30 mins. There was no one available when you needed something while sitting and eating at the restaurant. Other than that I loved everything about this hotel.
Friendly Staff, older but very well kept, great food and beverages, right on it "front desk", fun times with the kids at the pool. Would absolutely recommend. *****

No ac in hotel and wasn't told ac was out at check in ,was stuck there because all hotels we sold out stayed 4 nights and all I got for discount was two dinners for my family. I was looking for 1/2 off my total stay.Never stay here bad customer service.
Hotel is dated but rooms are very spacious and clean. Swimming pool is great. Restaurant is terrible (food not good and very rude staff)

Apart from the ordinary maintenance this year it was necessary to add some hard works which were not estimated before. This was the cause of the delay for the opening.When we realized that, we promptly offered an alternative to our guest with another pool next to the hotel and immediately allert it on the web site with an announcement. Guests were happy to have this solution.Now our pool is ready!Not all the rooms are equipped with a fridge but when reserving you may ask for a room with the fridge in it.Our air conditioning system has been recently replaced with a new machine and it works properly. We have to limite the entrances in the pool and decided to have 3 turns to allow people to get their own rest for some hours.
