Stephen who checked us in was so nice! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Location is perfect. If you’re lucky, you can get the view of the Spanish Steps, one of the most famous landmark in Rome. It’s close to all the major boutiques , if you are into shopping. And there are abundance of restaurants in the area. It’s walking distance to another famous landmark, which is the Trevi Fountain. Staff are friendly and helpful.
This is the most amazing location. Excellent staff so willing to help facilitate your stay in Rome. Roman inspired decor. A unique collection of rooms/properties that are all special in their own ways.
Great location! Friendly staff and they upgraded my room upon my arrival!
Great hotel. Close to everything. great staff. I would highly recommend it. Delicious breakfast! Clean and beautifully decorated.
Nice location. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Great location, staff and accommodations, in the heart of old city, beautiful roof terrace with excellent breakfast
Staff was very unfriendly. They made no effort to make us feel welcome, and we are easy going people. We booked through a well known web travel booking site, the rooms were not the cheapest rooms in Rome, they still charged extra for coffee, breakfast, and internet service. The cleaning staff were the only friendly faces we saw working there. Location was good if all you wanted to do was shop. Tourists we met had much nicer things to say about their hotels and locations.
