I recently stayed here with my daughter. The hotel is in a great location, as it says on the Spanish Steps. On arrival we were greeted by the most attentive staff and Corrine was so helpful. We were upgrade to a beautiful suite. As two females I had specifically asked to be in the main building which they ensured was the case. The rooftop terrace is a great touch and we enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks in the tranquil location, hard to believe we were right in the middle of busy Rome. We definitely be back to this great hotel. Loved it!
Amazing location, great hotel - small, just as we prefer, with excellent staff making it better. The location - well, it’s Rome, and it’s magical! Not the cheapest for sure, but nothing in Rome is, and this place offers a level of quality not always easy to find in a touristy city. We loved it!
The view of the Spanish Steps and street leading off were fabulous. 200 meters from the square and exit from the underground station, within walking distance of the newly refurbished Trevii fountains and scooter hire Bacci. A very professional back and front office staff, superb food and a great location. Worth the price? In my view, yes.
We stayed at the Inn for 4 nights while in Rome and loved every minute of our stay! This hotel is small, intimate and located at the base of the Spanish Steps with plenty of shopping and great restaurants! We were in the main hotel: our room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the entire staff was accommodating. The rooftop breakfast and daily snacks were more than we expected and we were pleasantly pleased. Yes the elevator was small - but fun - in terms of old world charm. Staff was at every turn to assist you with whatever you needed. I highly recommend this hidden gem while visiting Rome.
We stayed only 2 nights (a pity) at the lovely Inn. The location is excellent - Watching over Via Conduti, at the Spanish steps, walking distance from everywhere. The stuff was very very polite helpful and professional. The room was superb. Breakfast was good (could be better - maybe because we stayed at the other wing). The only small difficulty was the old elevator that is unique and beautiful but require closing inner and outer doors with blocks the elevator and delay waiting .
I think the word exquisite comes to mind We stayed in the Nest (one of several buildings) Well staffed (helpful and friendly) and incredible location - a dozen restaurants around corners, walkable to all, near the metro station. Hotel is pricey but worth it for safety, location, staff, WiFi and views Large suite more than adequate for 3 Love the terraces above the buzz
We stayed with our two young kids at one of the Inn’s apartments (1 bedroom). It was perfect. Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Great location. Attentive service. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is don’t plan on really making a meal in the kitchenette. It is not really set up for that.
Recently stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in there annex building which was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was worth waking up for and they cater to dietary restrictions with a smile! My only complaint would be a little run in with one of the desk employees. She was condescending and defensive. One in every crowd. However, Sara bent over backwards to be helpful! Jessica the guest relations manager is a lot of fun. Home away from home. #loveroma
Location is very near to many Rome tourist attractions. A few meters a way from the Spanish Steps. In front is all shopping place with branded goods. Room was comfortable, not as small as typical European hotels. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was ok with enough verity of things to eat at a cozy balcony at the highest floor with balcony and a small garden. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Will definitely back to this hotel in my future visits to Rome.
Spent a few days at the Inn, and really enjoyed the central location. The staff was generally helpful, although occasionally their attitude was a bit difficult. The room overlooking the very busy street leading directly to the Spanish Steps was nice, but the windows and shutters are in need of maintenance or refurbishing. Early morning noise from truck deliveries, etc. was a little annoying, but our sound machine helped to drown it out. We did enjoy the breakfast on the funky roof lounge, and each evening there were plates of food along with generous drinks. Restaurant suggestions were mostly very good and easily reachable. Lastly, the hotel has a strange credit card policy, and if you don't bring your original card that you secured the reservation with, be prepared for some unpleasantness and multiple charges, although on a temporary basis.
