Fantastic experience! I really don’t know where to start. The staff and service were absolutely amazing!! The Guest Relations manager Jessica Berti, was extremely helpful, very professional. As was the maître d' Carlotto who manages the breakfast patio, both always had a smile and were ready to help. The rooms were spacious by Rome hotel standards and very well appointed with all the amenities. We had a room facing the street and could look down at the shoppers browsing Prada, Cartier, and Bulgari which was really entertaining for people watching. The only lessons learned moment I can offer (but not a show stopper) was the street noise. It got loud but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix. You can also ask for an interior room and issue solved. The property is very centrally located. Feet from the Spanish Steps, 6 min stroll to Trevi Fountain, 6 minutes walk the opposite direction to the Borghese Gardens, 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. About the only thing we needed wheels for (taxi ride) was getting to the Vatican. I booked this stay via Costco travel, part of a package deal. I thought the rate extremely reasonably given the glamours style, location, and services I received!! Oh and don’t miss Happy Hour on the terrace patio! 🍷
First class hotel with first class service y a first class location an fantastic price! Super recommended! A must place to stay in Via di Candiotti! Super Chic location right next to the Spanish Steps
When you stay on via Condotti you feel like you are on the most luxurious street in the WORLD. The hotel staff continues the same feeling when you check in. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel sends you with an elegant/classy assistant to accompany you to your suite. The room was stunning with a good size room and a huge bathroom. The Inn sends your bags to your room with a porter so you dont have to lug them around yourself. Make sure you go to the roof top terrace to see the charming rooftops of Rome. You can see all the way to the Spanish Steps. I can't recommend this hotel enough and its priced very reasonable for the location you are staying in. Once you walk out of your hotel and see that Dolce & Gabbana, Rolex, Bulgari, Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Hermes etc etc is on your street you can't help but have a huge smile on your face. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!
The Presidential View Suite in the building next door to "The Inn", is perfect. Clean, comfortable, top quality sheets and towels, climate controlled, a large spectacular Spanish Steps view bedroom and lovely comfy living room with fabulous terraces and plenty of French doors that open for fresh air. Polite and enthusiastic friendly professionally trained staff.
So arrived at the airport to meet our transfers little time waiting but the met our driver arrived at the hotel quite late but a great welcome room had all we needed very comfortable breakfast on the patio was amazing stunning views and great choice food ! So close to all the sights the staff went above and beyond to help u in any way would like to thank the front desk for helping me when I lost my phone had the best city break and would def stay again happy hour on the terrace was amazing tapas were well so much of it and we had a lady Singing opera down on the street below perfect eve we visited the Trevi fountain by day and night the Vatican at night and the coliseum and so much more amazing city xx
This hotel is in the perfect location. Lovely room, clean. Spacious but dark. Breakfast was okay, not a huge choice. The breakfast is served at the top of the building, it has a concervatory area which has a nice view. I would return to this hotel for the location alone. Reception quite helpful.
We stayed at this property for two nights. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Located near every high end shop, the Trevis Fountain, The Spanish Steps, and The Pantheon. The room was the small and the bathroom even smaller with no vanity and a very high bathtub that had to be climbed over to get into the shower. There were “free” snacks in the afternoon with the purchase of a drink. My Coke Zero was 7 euros which was ridiculously expensive. Another issue was we were on the 4th floor directly below the outdoor patio of the restaurant. Every time a table was moved on the patio we could here it in our room. Not much that could be done but keep this in mind if you stay at this property.
We began our honeymoon in Rome at The Inn at The Spanish Steps. The hotel was in a great location of Rome allowing you to walk to every single major site! The Vatican was the farthest and even that was only 30-35 minute walk or a quick 10 minute cab. GREAT LOCATION. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everything. The breakfast was delicious and you cant beat a terrace overlooking the city/Spanish Steps to enjoy your breakfast, coffee, appertivo etc at daily. It was a great experience and we will stay here when we visit again.
It is a very nicely located property, very caring staff, beautiful rooms only suggession is that they should have more of Vegetarian Breakfast too I will recommend my friends & relatives always Jessica had been so hospitable all the time
We booked the studio apartment because we thought it would be nice to have a quieter, more local place to stay while also having the amenities of a hotel. The apartment itself was nice - in a building with other residences, very quiet and had everything we needed. We appreciated the little kitchen as well. However, we were first given keys that didn't work...and we didn't find this out until after midnight (after dinner) our first night. The second night, the main door was jammed and I tried calling the front desk but no one answered...so I had to walk the half mile to the main hotel again in the evening to get someone to help. It also wasn't terribly clean (the pillows, mattress, etc are in need of replacement due to stains). In short, it was nice to have a private space, but we didn't have the service we expected from being part of a hotel. It would have been much cheaper to just book an Airbnb and get personal service from the host. I think the main hotel must be lovely, but the apartment option just deserves more attention and service for the price it asks.
