My favorite hotel in Rome! Everyone makes you feel completely comfortable and is incredibly helpful with a smile. Beds are like sleeping on clouds. Even the smaller category rooms are nicely sized. The building is beautiful, a small palazzo with unique decor that is incredibly classy. Can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the staff are in every way.
