Oh boy, OK here goes.
As we know, you get what you pay for.
I was in town for a family party with my 20 yo and my 17 yo.
I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed.
The hotel is not in a great part of town to start. I sort of knew this based on feedback from someone who used to live in Vegas although it listed Summerlin in the hotel name. Very misleading.
Additionally the bathroom was so smelly and gross. It smelled like mold and mildew. The shower curtain stunk and the ceramic tile floor needed to be ripped out as many of the tiles were black with mold. Grout too. It was really disgusting and we needed to keep the bathroom door closed.
There were zero linens in the room for the sofa bed sadly. I called and was brought a bed pad and sheets. No blanket or comforter. When I again called downstairs for blankets they had none. I asked 2 more times over several hours and the next morning. No blankets arrived. My son slept with a bed pad as a blanket on night 1. Completely unacceptable.
Finally on night 2 we got 2 blankets. Hallelujah. The sofa bed mattress was thin of course but he could feel the springs in his back.
Carpet was gross. Towels were thin and ratty and stained.
Would not recommend. Honestly I feel like due to the blanket situation there should have been some type of refund. The cushions on the sofa bed were so incredibly dirty I was almost nauseous.
Rooms need much more deep cleaning to say the least.
Parking was easy, water pressure was good, water was hot.
