Very close to the entrance of Yellowstone park and restaurants

The room we were in had a shower head that wouldn’t spray and a sink faucet that sprayed sideways Should have been very clean and wasn’t. Rate way to high

Excellent location to town and the park. Friendly staff. Our rooms were suires and very roomy

The property was nice and in a good location. It did not serve hot breakfast.

It was clean and an aesthetically pleasing property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also very close to the west gate of Yellowstone National Park.

They had all the necessary measures taken due to Covid-19. Though there were some guests walking around with no masks on and I think they should've enforced it. They did have signs up but clearly some people needed to be warned verbally.

location was great. Room was clean and large.Whole property was updated and front desk very friendly and helpful.

Generally a hotel that cannot take high occupancy rates. Sanitizer stations were frequently empty, ice machine ran low except in the early morning, WiFi was spotty at best. No food options - even stuff like Cheerios for kids. Carpet hasn’t been steam cleaned in years probably. No visible efforts to sanitize surfaces in public areas.

The property was closed! No one notified us before we arrived and the instruction on the door stated to go to Holiday Inn couple blocks down the road.i had no choice but stay there.

There were bags of s’more supplies to use with the fire pit!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice place to stay. Room temperature was too warm . Air conditioner in the winter should not be needed .

The suite was very nice and large. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We picked this hotel because it’s near Tesla supercharger. We are pleased to stay here.

This was a fantastic place to spend several days with the family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the facilities were great.

Great emphasis on recycling and reusing , and conservation of the environment! Really nice water fountain available for refilling bottles.

They Wolf theme is really fun and it was nice to have camp fires every night with smores. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family and it was really convenient to cook our own dinners.

Our 5 night stay at Gray Wolf Inn & Suites was excellent! It was supposed to be a 4 night stay but due to an unexpected snow storm we were able to stay an extra night in our same room. From the staff to the breakfast to the pool area to the updated room, we were extremely happy with everything. Mary told us everywhere we needed to go. Krisan took care of our extended accommodation with great ease and Tami provided us with an excellent breakfast every morning. The location was fantastic being so close to the park entrance and right across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Center. The rooms were clean and updated and very spacious. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a definite plus. The heated underground parking was great especially with all the snow. We would most certainly stay here again when visiting the area. I'm missing that breakfast already!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly at check-in, asked us about our trip and where we were coming from, and gave us advice about visiting Yellowstone National Park, including evening star-gazing activities. When we had questions about restaurants in West Yellowstone, they were able to provide ample information.
