We expected a heated pool- and it was not heated, the heater was broken. The pool was so cold, it was literally not usable. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The housekeeping did not do a very good job, sink was still dirty, never cleaned the bath up, second day, they did not clean at all, no breakfast eventhough the website said had breakfast, and free smores only for the cabin guest which was sad. Not enough lights in the indoor swimming pool, and pool was super cold. Parking was hard to find.

We booked a king bedroom and two Queen room. We have a microwave inside the king bedroom but not in the queen bedroom. Staff were very attentive, when we need a hairdryer and a trash can, they deliver fairly quickly. It was a great experience.

My reviews are low for the overall hotel, due to very high amount of maintenance, construction and lack of parking. However we stayed in what seemed to me a newly renovated room on the third floor and it was lovely. It’s clear the hotel is renovating and once it’s done it will be really nice. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
