This is an average property. Quaint furnishings, but very outdated fixtures etc. How this property passed an electrical inspection is beyond me. It was a clean room and that was important to us.

Really easy access to enter into Yellowstone but not the most amazing quality. Showers are TINY and was spraying water up all over the ceiling from the faucet. Staff was friendly and accommodated our late check in. But, I would likely not stay here or in the West Yellowstone area again.

Moose Creek Inn was really nice and clean. They had a great bed and nice blankets on the bed. Enough covers to actually stay warm. Most motels don’t. They had great towels also. The room was not very big but it is a great place to stay.

This is an older hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom is small. But everything was clean and tidy. Also, though they don’t advertise a “free breakfast,” they have a tea and coffee bar with mini muffins every morning and cookies in the afternoon. Definitely adequate. An enjoyable stay.

Very nice staff. We were upgraded to the Moose Suite. The rooms need more modern tech. Usb plugs, modern tv etc. Its 2025, not 1971.

This was a quiet hotel tucked away off the main drag of West Yellowstone. The staff was outstanding in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Even though it was stated coffee would be available at 7am, we were grateful to find out it was actually ready at 5:15, just as we were leaving on our tour! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I only rated it as a 4 because as an older hotel, it was smaller than newer hotels might have been, and there was no microwave in our room. Still we did not need a microwave, and did not intend to do more than sleep and shower in the room. being small was not at all an issue for the two of us, though I can see how some might have not been comfortable there.

Our stay at Moose Creek Inn did not meet our expectations. At check-in, the front desk staff was not very welcoming, and when we asked for extra towels, the response felt reluctant. The staff the following day was better, but still only average. Breakfast was very limited, offering only coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The room itself was quite small, especially the bathroom and shower. While the water pressure was good, the spray came out more like a mist, which made showering less comfortable, and the shower stall was tiny. The AC was also quite noisy at night. Considering the price, we feel the value was not there. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to others at this time.
