Well maintained property. Ther should be more grab bars in the bathroom. Bath tub was not safe without a rubber mat which we requested and received.
Very close to the airport and short shuttle ride. But nicer than your typical airport hotel.
Have really enjoyed this place in the past. Disappointed with food service….poor….slow & unresponsive. Cold food.

More for corporate vs a regular traveler: I had been coming here for years before Covid as a landing pad for regular long haul flights to help get over jet lag before going home. Upon arrival this time found service has gone down but charges have gone up as well as price For example: Breakfast is no longer included in stay with no comp in its place. Front desk said “ they were thinking about bringing it back sometime in the future since they had complaints” which did not help me this stay. I didn’t pick up my car since I had trouble on the property (my choice)before so incurred another charge. That said, parking would have been extra anyways if I had. The bartender wouldn’t take my Orbitz VIP discount for my two glasses of the house wine. Said I had to buy food with my wine.or did not apply. Apparently $46 for just two glasses of “the house Chardonnay”was not enough to get a loyalty discount??? Would not serve on the patio since they said they didn’t have the staff to do so since two large corporate parties keeping them busy. That said, the front desk person was very helpful and accommodating as was the shuttle bus person. It’s clean and pretty and the food and wine are very good but clearly they are catering to corporate parties and corporate credit cards. That’s fine but if you are just a solo frequent traveler you might want to consider that my bill will be $450 for no food, no parking and not be able to enjoy and evening on the patio.
Cut above the usual travel lodge. Beautiful gardens, classy architecture, very nice staff, quality food with excellent ingredients and presentation. Quiet quality at a reasonable pride. Not cheap, but a refreshing value.
The exterior and the grounds are great - well-maintained and neat. However, our room looked bit like a room at an orphanage or a psychiatric unit, very bare of decor and furnishings. The scant furniture that was there looked to be from the 80s. Beds were comfortable. I would rate the room on the same level as a cheap motel, although it was clean, with a strong smell of bleach throughput the room and bathroom.
Excellent place to retreat to. Forget you are in a city. Great driver service and shuttle to light rail, or airport. Dining room is excellent but is on pricier side. Some disappointment resolving a billing issue that the front desk said they would look into and get back to me and never did, twice I spoke with young ladies at desk but never answered me. We resolved ourselves and never heard from anyone. The bar tender acted odd and made our experience unnecessarily stressful. Otherwise, we loved our stay, room, coffee machine, etc.
