Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, freezing pool.

Great place to stay. Front desk workers were courteous, friendly and on point. I had forgot to pack my tooth brush and they had spare ones for the asking. Maintenance kept all surfaces clean and rooms tidy. Thank you for a wonderful peace of mind stay.

Overall visit was good. Friendly staff great location.

My wife and I took a 'socially distant' vacation in which we flew into Seattle and drove a loop around the Pacific Northwest. We stayed here on our last night before flying out, and it was easily the best of the five hotels we stayed at in a seven night span. You could smell the disinfectant just walking down the halls. and the staff was super friendly and helpful

I have stayed here a few.times before, as it is a fantastic deal for the price when you need a headstart for an early flight..the hot breakfast is the biggest bonus. However, this stay no breakfast was provided due to the excuse of covid 19. It wasn't noted or explained upon check in. What was offered was a diabetics worse nightmare in the morning, a few selections of sugary packaged junk. No protein, no hard boiled eggs or anything so I couldn't eat and was feeling sick.and shaky all morning. Why couldn't they just serve people or pre pack some breakfast items in boxes to reduce contact? Or offer some pre.packaged hard boiled eggs? Plenty of other places are doing this. No coffee either in the lobby and when I inquired I was given a pretty snappy answer "yeah, IN YOUR ROOM.." like I was not a bright person. That coffee is garbage and we all know it. They can't wipe down a coffee dispenser or have it in the back to control it's use? I see so many business using covid as excuse to cut back. The shuttle service is good but the lack of food and the excuse of covid was upsetting and I had a rough morning in an empty stomach and not getting coffee til late. Pool is nice

Only one person at the desk, so with some of the extra measures needed to deal with Covid-19, that made for some wait time. Convenient location.

Great location...I was able to walk to the airport (17 mins). Had a great prime rib sandwich at Sharp's Roasthouse just a 5 min walk. Great price.

at 11 p.m., a still-pleasant woman at registration, patiently answered questions. nice breakfast in the morning and an efficient shuttle to the airport.

Location is poor but shuttle to restaurants was great.

Hotel was nice. They were able to get us in early too.

Lupe checked me in and remembered my name from a phone conversation having to change my trip. Checking in with her was a pleasant experience. My room was clean and inviting. The only downside was that I didn't get to stay very long.
