First, Orbitz does NOT show that the free shuttle is not operating between 1-5pm. I arrived at 3pm and had to walk 25 minutes dragging my suitcase to get to this location. The shuttle hours are posted on the hotel front desk, effective in 2021! But this is not on Orbitz. Second, there are signs in the lobby about unregistered guests--a euphemism for common traffic along this stretch for Highway 99. I will never return to this location.

This property is 4 minutes from the airport. My room is basic and clean for the night. The vending machines for water were acting up. I told the front desk and they gave me water.

Red Roof is always our go to place when traveling with our dog. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but I understand since they allow pets.

The property was fine. The problem was the free shuttle service they offer. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport and after we spent 10 minutes finding the correct spot to be picked up we ended up waiting 37 minutes although I called again after about 20 minutes to ask about the shuttle. A cab or Uber to the hotel would have been around $15 and had I known this I would not have spent all this time waiting with 2 family members. When I called the second time the lady said something about traffic (it was 10:30PM) but I think she just did not have any control over the lazy shuttle driver. Btw the front desk people were nice and efficient. However next time I will just pick up my rental car the night of the arrival, as opposed to next morning - it will take less time than the shuttle - then drive somewhere else.

Front desk agents were great. The cleanliness in the bathroom especially under the rubber bathmat in the tub had mildew, other than that. It was a good stay for the price.

Rough side of the road motel disguised as a hotel. We booked this for convenience near the airport but there are no amenities except a shuttle which doesn't start until 5am (the only reason we booked this). The entire place is outdated, tacky, the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are flat as a pancake and appear to be 30 years old. The elevators are super slow and front desk attendant was not friendly. I normally love a cozy cheap solution but this was neither.
